  1. I would like to see a commission detail report by service provider. Currently have to run two reports, download them copy and paste. Very clunky!

  3. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  5. Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

  8. It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

  15. For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.

  16. Include a filter to allow adding products by brand.

    Also Some form of bulk selection of products would be super handy rather than searching and inserting each product individually. We often end up manually adding discounts per a sticky note at the desk because adding items to an automatic offer is too cumbersome when it is a large selection of items.

  18. It would be really helpful if we could see the name/SKU of vouchers used in orders. We have a few different memberships and also often award promotional vouchers and being able to quickly see which exact vouchers were used at which appts/which orders would be helpful.

  19. All the before pictures I take are saved in the profile, but to open them they open in individual browser tabs instead of opening as a pop-up within the exist browser. It would also be nice to have a little thumbnail that shows the photo before I click on it.
