  3. In the BETA reporting It would be extraordinary if the sales reports could be filtered down to the most minute trackable timeframe. It would allow mgmt to see total sales for a given time frame further broken down to totals each week, each day, maybe even each hour.

  4. Prime Pricing would allow businesses to setup a series of rules that will alter the price of services based upon dates/times that the business/service provider is busy or in peak utilzation.

  5. A specific call list we can print and call to confirm appointments. We usually do 2 days before to remind those that have booked in advance but haven't confirmed yet.

  10. Currently, there is not a way to write any disclaimers or notices for online e-gift purchases. I would like the ability to add my own disclaimer. As an example...

    "E-gift / online gift card purchases are non-refundable".

    I'm sure others would very much appreciate this...

  12. being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

  15. We have a lot of staff members and I can only see the first letter of the name. I would like to see the whole alias name when I hover it. Now, I have to click view profile to see who I am choosing. We have a lot of staff members with the same first initial

  18. Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

  19. My salon 99% uses the professional app and we do not rely on a the dashboard to operate. When viewing a client's history notes, this isn't possible and we do need to use the dashboard. Client history on app please!

  20. Currently we would not like to discount all staff, just some staff, and I cannot seem to find a way to do that. It would be ideal to add another rule so that we could market certain staff only.
