  1. My business runs on a membership basis and most members set up recurring appointments. Need a way to automatically cancel all upcoming appointments should members cancel their membership without individually going to each appointment.

  2. sometimes accidents happen and an appt gets checked out before it has happened. Once it has been checked out it can't be edited or REMOVED from the calendar. This means other clients can't book this spot online

  5. I would love a report that allows me to see ALL details for products.

    Details would include: inventory on hand, reorder point, brand, supplier, etc...

    Some items (like reorder level) can only be seen by painstakingly clicking on EVERY product.

  8. My staff and scheduler add appointments virtually from home/car etc using their iPhones and iPads. We came from Square (which had a FANTASTIC app for scheduling).

    We need the ability to search available appointment times for each staff and have it only show the assignable services for that specific staff member.

    Trying to flip through a 3-day calendar view to find available appointments is ridiculous.

  9. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

  12. Control if a tag can be set on the profile level, appointment level, or both. For example, we have a tag for group appointments but it sometimes gets added to a client's profile instead of just the one appointment

  15. I would like to see at the top of the screen quickly who is logged into the computer. That way I know if a manager etc left themselves logged in.

  18. We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.

    One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.

  19. The error message that pops up when payments have been blocked are unhelpful as it doesn't specify the reason for the error. There should be a more detailed error message to let customer's know that payments have been blocked.
