Detailed Receipt
It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

client profile
It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

Warn if a UPC or SKU is already in use when creating new products
When selling a gift card there is a pop up window if the card is in use. So, something similar when creating a new product (or duplicating a product) Just highlighting the field or the field label in red with a note that states "This [sku or UPC] is already in use" would be very beneficial to help prevent mistakes when entering products.

Viewing blocks on Professional app does not show all text that the block has and is cutoff at the edge of the screen, rewrap text plz
Currently long strings of text that exceed the width of display are cut off. Would be helpful if the text was rewrapped to be multi line on displays. On dashboard strings are cut by window size. On professional app it is cut off by width of mobile device.

Bring back the cancel button for Duo transactions
There used to be a "cancel" button when processing credit cards with the Duo. It would be nice to have that button back in the new flow. Occasionally the app or Duo lock up and the cancel button on the Dashboard end may be able to save the experience by allowing us to cancel from the desk.

Some of the components within forms offer special characters such as the Chinese alphabet but that is not the case for all of the components. This should be consistent

employee discounts
We should be able to have a automated setup for employees to get % off products and services without an "Offer"...OR...Allow an option under "Audience" to have more selection options, for it to be auto-apply to employees selection.

Multiple choice has type option as well
When creating a new form, I would like to be able for a client to chose yes or no and then create a line that says "If yes, when?" that a client can also fill in. Instead of having to create a new text box for it.

More advanced Gift Card reporting
There is a report to see how much in outstanding gift card balance there is in total, but there needs to be a report showing how much of that balance has been used and when. Seems like the reports double-dip because when a guest comes in to use their gift card, it shows as additional revenue but it's actually only revenue we already had.

Create a requirement for when price is adjusted via appointment editor or checkout menu that a reason is required
If staff were mandated to put at least ~20 characters explaining the why of a price change and this was something that could easily be searched for then management would not only have a better picture of where pricing is wrong, they would also be able to spot the issues and errors.
We're having issues with this on both sides. I'd like to log when we are reducing things properly so that clients are better taken care of in the future. But also discover when staff are breaking protocol so that we can correct it and bring pricing back into…

Active Disputes could have a notification bubble on the Manage tab, leading to payment processing, to highlight it so it doesn't get buried.
Dispute notification is currently email to owner level. I'm a little unclear on who else receives these. But, at least in my small usage and experience, the probability that a dispute is quickly buried by a barrage of other emails is large. It would be fantastic if there was persistent dispute acknowledgement in the UI of managerial dashboard. It would also increase likelihood of timely responses so that the end consumer and blvd client can have a quicker resolution.

Professional App: Staff Performance Metrics - Refresh Time
Ability for metrics to refresh in real time. Currently, refreshing at the same frequency that beta reports refresh (~2 hours).

add a "legal" name field to client profile info
so that trans/gender nonconforming folks don't have to see a name they don't use when viewing a receipt, checking in, etc. I feel like it would be helpful to have a "legal name" field for the health department, but also so that the client doesn't see their dead name.

tips based on gross ticket amount
a lot of our services are recorded as a product for inventory purposes. we would like the tips based on gross ticket amount. ie: botox appt $0 product botox $100 tip is being based on the $0 instead of $100.

Ongoing reoccurring appointments and ongoing time block like for lunch
Have the option to book ongoing standing appointments and ongoing time blocks like for lunch instead of just a certain number of times or date. We have clients that have been coming for over 10 years on a standing appointment. Or at least send us an alert when their standing only has a few appointments left.
