  1. Cyro is a service that some folks get done daily. While it is possible to remove the client as a whole from receiving text or email reminds, it would be great to limit according to services

    Ex: cyro appointments do not require reminders but facials do

  5. I believe it would be useful for all to be able to see the count of the statuses (stati? lol) of the memberships. How many are past due, paused, active, closed etc

  6. For the new Netsuite API, we would love to be able to have client names added to the order flow from Blvd to NS. Currently, we would need to pull a client list and match to the Client ID which is a continuous and time-consuming task.

  7. Blvd allows users to open up more than 2 sale and/or appt booking windows at a time but the third one gets cut off the screen. I know that a workaround is to expand that third sale into the detailed view so that it takes up the whole screen, but it seems like a design flaw that it gets cut off like that at all.

  8. It would be awesome if users could create 6-10 favorite calendar views on the dashboard. For example:

    All Hair Stylists
    All Nail Technicians with Nail resources
    All Massage Therapists with massage resources
    etc...

    This would enable us to easily pick views that can make it easier to schedule things like group appointments or to reschedule clients and only see the information that is most important to our rescheduling.

  10. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  11. It's very easy to accidentally make changes at the brand level that are meant for just one location because the screen in general, and the top nav bar in particular, looks almost exactly the same no matter which one you're on

  17. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  20. Change the Orders screen to work more like Clients: When you click an order to view details, they slide over the screen to see details. Then when you close the order it slides back out of the way and you are still on the order screen. This allows you to keep any filters in place and still see the order details.

    A change like this would help streamline the user experience so more aspects of the program behave in the same way making it easier to use and to train new users.
