Some clients can only do certain days. So say if someone can only do Mondays having the option to click on a Monday and having all Mondays down in a weeks view.

Deduplication on Import of Contact Lists
As a part of onboarding, it was difficult for me to clean my data with multiple locations and exports of lists of contacts. It would be great for the program to recognize same contact information and result in error of import or exclude or override existing contact in the CRM.
Also the ability to delete contact in error.

Things created or updated in the dashboard should indicate that and not my username
The Boulevard team is great and so helpful but anytime there are imports or beta reports created it's my username that's logged as who created it. This can be confusing to our team members, it would be nice to easily distinguish what was done by BLVD to get to the bottom of situations faster as needed.
For example, when we need help with beta reports the BLVD team creates the reports and it looks like it's by me so no one thinks they have the authority or should delete the report. Also, I get confused because it looks like I've…

When toggling between locaions, leave the date the same as original locaton search.
If I am searching for a particular date at one location and switch to anothere location, the date should stay the same, not always jump back today's date.. one can click the 'today' button for that.

Ability to map to service add-ons and service modifiers individually through the public API
Currently, dev teams can 'hard-wire' the custom booking flows as needed but this isn't scalable as any changes to the flow (adding, removing, or modifying services, add-ons, and modifiers) also requires continued dev assistance. This distinction through the API would allow our team more flexibility and autonomy over our custom flow

Differentiate online booking from the calendar view
It would be great if there’s a way to show the online booking in the calendar with a different color or a distinct emoji. The reason for that is because the executives at the front desk are receiving appointments through phone calls and walk-in, for those who have knowledge of it, however for the ones that come through online booking there’s nothing that made them different from the rest.

Membership service provider data
We track membership sales by our front-of-house team because they receive commissions for selling memberships, but it would also be really useful to see which service provider a client saw most recently before their membership. Even though our service providers are not pushing memberships as much as our FOH, they have a huge impact on clients signing up for one because they provided the service the clients are signing up to come back for every month. This would be a useful tool for us in performance metrics for our team.

Offer commission to receptionists based on the amount the business makes each day
Offer commission to receptionists if the business hits a certain sales goal each day. Example: if the business has over $1,000 in sales for the day the receptionist receives 1% commission
