  1. Recently, there have been updates to the online booking process for new clients, and it seems to be causing difficulties. Many clients have reached out to us via text because they found the steps involved in the booking process cumbersome.

    Firstly, clients are required to enter their email before they can see available appointment times for a service. However, they are then prompted to enter their email again if they want to complete the booking. It would be more user-friendly to only require entering the email once after the client has selected a service, date, and time when they are…

  2. Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

  4. Clients are SO confused with online booking and being able to pre-purchase services online. What needs to be fixed:

    1. Remove individual appt vs group appt - it is too many steps for the client
    2. Be able to hyperlink directly to the service and/or category to link to socials and our website links.
    3. Customize order for category and services vs auto-default to alphabetical

  6. It'd be really helpful if businesses were able to manually widen a service provider's column on the calendar page. This is especially useful for salons/spas with lots of service providers and making the Calendar view look less cramped.

  8. I would love to see an itemized report for products and services, listing the order(clickable to go right to that order is needed), number, products purchased/services, guests name and service provider. And then making it customized to be able to select the whole company or just one stylist.

  10. Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!

  11. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

    • for example if someone wants a hot stone massage and books online it will add the tag so that we are prompted to turn stones on

  14. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

  17. For recurring appts, like weekly blowouts or 3 week mens cuts, giving the option to book indefinitely and keep them on the same time in perpetuity is really helpful with the system we swapped from. Please consider it.

  18. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  19. I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.
