  5. Limit the number of times a client can reschedule an appointment. For example, if the appointment was first booked in February, it should not be possible for them to rebook into April as we have some seasonal services. I'd like for clients to only be allowed to reschedule an appointment no more than twice. After that, they should have to book a new appointment and place a new deposit.

  7. Need the ability to exclude members or limit the audience for promo codes;
    Need the ability to create unique codes (9-digits, etc.) for promo codes; Add the ability to select specific locations from a dropdown menu; Add the ability to select a specific promo code from the offers menu and drill down data to the location level from offer code redemption

  8. Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

  11. Please add the length of a client's appointment to their email confirmation, where they can already see the start time. Adding an end time would be helpful so they aren't surprised at how long the service will take!

  14. We have many Spanish speaking clients who use the booking widget. It would be very helpful to have. If they are on the booking widget and could turn on a translate feature to book, that wold be great

  18. The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  19. With previous software first time clients were flagged on the schedule each day. I appreciated this as an owner because it alerted me so I made sure to go introduce myself and chat with them for a minute and welcome them

  20. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist
