  1. While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

  2. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

  5. Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.

  7. It would be great to have an option for a staff member to clicks a client profile in the BLVD app, pick a product they like and push it to the desk. When the client checks out a pop up appears and it says what product their technician used. You can add it now on the web version but would be better to have it come from the BLVD staff app.

  8. An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.

  9. Make the waitlist box change color when someone is added, or add a symbol to indicate the waiting appointment. It's very easy to miss the gray number.

  11. We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.

    We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!

  12. Right now you can only add your availability on a set cadence. I don't have a set schedule so it would be great to be able to select what days I'm available in a calendar month type setting instead of weekly/biweekly settings. It'd be nice to do it day by day.

  13. It'd be great if BLVD could implement a way to allow us to remove certain (or all) service names from showing in appointment reminders and notifications as we provide some services that clients would like to keep private as much as possible. Thank you!

  15. Highlight Employee Vacation on Schedule.

    I need the ability to mark what days employees have requested off on the schedule so I know I have approved their time off. In addition it would be great to have sick days or holidays. Color-coding would be ideal for each indication so that when I look at the schedule, I know where everyone was that day.

  16. After a client checks out, we would like to be able to edit the tip. Sometimes clients accidentally click the wrong tip or they dont tip at all on accident. We want to be able to edit that after the purchase.
