  1. We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)

    Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

  2. Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  3. Some of our providers have dedicated times for types of appointments and it would be helpful to have those parts of shifts a different color
    ie: mornings are for consults and afternoons are for treatments

  4. Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

  5. We are trying to build the clientele of our new service providers. We are making offers specifically for them to get people in their books. It would be helpful to be able to make a "rule" and the discount code only applies when booking with that service provider.

  9. It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

  10. Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

  12. When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

  13. The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

  15. It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

  16. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

  17. Right now you only get name and email for client export, what if I wanted to pull out the addresses of all my clients so I could analyze my business to see where most of my clients are coming from?
