  3. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  4. It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

  5. It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

  9. Would like the ability to show services next to the service provider name when booking in the dashboard.

    For example, if someone calls to request a SP, and want to book for a certain SP it would only show the services the SP provides in the preview window

  10. Right now you can only do group checkout in front desk view, but calendar view should also have the ability to add multiple tickets into a group check out.

  12. In an effort to cut down on accidental refunds to the incorrect payment method, could we implement an additional confirmation for refunds so that they staff member must confirm their refund method before processing?

  14. client records report is use for client analysis but adding primary location would be extremely helpful since it is not reportable anywhere. otherwise, we need to combine it with another sales report which produces blank "location" fields for clients who have visited more than one location in a given timeframe

  15. Adding total stock tracking for individual items.This addition would provide a clear view of each item's total stock, including both product and resources for services. It would streamline stock management and improve decision-making on replenishment and resource allocation.
