  2. I wish there was an option to automatically add additional time for new guest bookings with specific service providers or services. For example we have a Stylist that needs 30 extra minutes with all new guests and then we have a Colorist that needs 1hr extra with all new guests. Right now my front desk team have to mentally remember this for these service providers.

  4. There are some things that are listed in alphabetical order but also a lot that aren't, this inconsistency seems like a design flaw. Some of the things that are NOT listed alphabetically are:
    - Privilege Group dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Staff Role dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Assigned Locations dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Product category list when creating a new sku

    There may be more but those are the most common ones that I see

  6. Appointments appear based on the day they were booked, not the day of the appointment.

    • Pick a date to see Created Appointments & Cancelled Appointments.
    • Appointments appear based on the day they were booked, not the day of the appointment.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  11. We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.

  12. Generate different discount codes in marketing emails that can only be used one time. For example, a discount code for clients on their birthday but each code is different.

  13. When editing an employee schedule, you can change a single day. When completing the change the schedule for all upcoming shifts on that same day of the week. The problem is, the system doesn't just update upcoming shifts, it updates every <day> for eternity with the new schedule. The logic should change to only update the already scheduled shifts, OR the statement should be changed to read "apply this change to all <days>"

  15. The business wants to run a report that has each client listed out on their own line and have it show a column indicating how many appointments they have seen in the lifetime of their history at the business.

  16. Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.

  17. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  19. Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.
