Better sales report
The sales report shows income with services purchased with gift cards and account credit, but that isn't an accurate report because that wasn't income generated that day.

Hover mouse over employee icon to show services offered
It would be great if you could hover your mouse over each employee icon it would show the services they do or offer when in the Calendar view. This would allow easy access when scheduling to know who can and can't do certain services. This would be especially helpful when someone is new to the system it displays everything they need to schedule appointments smoothly.

Master Reports
The business wants to be able to run a report that shows a master list of SP's, the services they provide and the set cost.

Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

Re-set lists to page one when changing filters on the products page
When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...
Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.
I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)
The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.
The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

Having a sign in/ sign out method for receptionist.
Most salons/ studios have more than one reception. With that, things can get confusing in figuring out who booked what appointment. With this, each receptionist has a sign in number with their name to make it easier in tracking appointments and clients

enable an Experience Rate
We would like to have the capability to add an "Experience Rate", an automatic 4% charge to clients to offset the cost of providing the best in technology, amenities etc. at our salon. This will be a 4% flat fee added to all transactions (both service & retail). Some salon softwares allows the fee to be added as a “tax” some can add it as a “service charge” or similar.

Blocking out online booking for a period of time
When a stylist needs to take a period of time off, we want to be able to block online booking but still be able to book internally. If we turn off online booking currently then clients are unable to book for a future date.

Professionals should be able to access their own individual waitlists
I would like to see it as at least a privilege option that we can activate-- This way it's easy for them to replace appt times in the case of a cancelation or offer alternative times/accommodate if they decide to do so.

The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there
