    1. A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!

    2. Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.

  4. With previous email marketing systems I've used, the marketing emails will come from our general email address and there is a verification step in which I'd add SPF records on the back end of our domain manager. This helps with emails not being sent to spam and with images not being hidden for certain users.

  5. Currently on client profiles, you have the ability to note a clients Skype profile (in all honesty, who even uses that anymore) but it would be great to be able to add the clients instagram handle to their client profile card as well.

  6. “Group appointments” implies that there is more than one person getting services. “Multiple Services” however means it could be one person getting more than one service. Being a nail salon, it’s an important distinction because our clients aren’t able to book themselves a mani AND pedi at the same time unless they select the current “group” option. Causes confusion and frustration for us and our clients who don’t understand the BLVD booking system yet.

  7. A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

  9. I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

  10. There has to be a way to lower credit card fees. That was my only hang up with starting Boulevard. I was switching from Glossgenius that had a full percent lower fee. Shopify is also at 2.6% rate. Given that you have so many accounts, I feel that there should be a way to negotiate.

  11. When you go into edit an appointment, the screen is now minimized so you have to scroll to see everything. It would be great if we could minimize or maximize the appointment screen so we can see the information we'd like to see.

  13. Allow for employees to use the mobile app to see their schedules etc while restricting IP for the web version which has more data than the professional app.

  14. Example: New Years Eve services, to not only entice staff to work hours that are usually requested off, but also to increase revenue to make up for reduced hours. Offer = Percentage off = -20% so that $100 is now $120 for selected dates, auto apply.

  15. Hi! Is there any chance that we can have the timecard give the hours worked by day and for the week as the time adds up in real time? This way our hourly staff that need to hit certain hours can plan accordingly. Thank you!

  17. I think adding lip scrubs especially in the winter would be an amazing idea, we can even add special scents during the holidays like Hot Chocolate or butterscotch or in the spring we can have flower like scents. WHO DOESN'T LOVE A GOOD LIP SCRUB???

  18. As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

  19. We sometimes will have clients that aren't sure what they've gotten in the past or aren't sure what the service they want is called. It would be great if they were able to leave us a little note when making a booking to make sure they booked the correct service.. Otherwise they may book a service that's much longer than the one they believe they're getting.
