Add Visibility Toggle to "Staff Roles" Field
Add visibility toggle to "Staff Roles" field.
We utilize this field as a workaround for creating commission reports. This was taught to us by one of our onboarding specialists. Unfortunately, the "Tiers" we created can be seen in the booking widget. Please add a visibility toggle so we can hide it!

Show Modifier Cost Breakdown
Right now modifier costs are totaled and can't be seen by client at checkout iPad. We have a lot of clients ask for a breakdown and then we have to handwrite it on random paper. It's weird.
For example: We have a service "Laser Hair Removal" with modifiers by area such as underarms, bikini, etc. We need to see the price breakdown by modifier from the client side and also in the "History Tab"2 votes -
Have a "Please compete form" reminder email instead of only "confirm appointment" email
Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

Ability to Edit and Remove Banked Units
Right now you can't edit or remove banked units after purchase in the client profile. Please fix this as it makes it difficult with inventory.

Don't ask clients to put in card info when they book online every single time
Clients are constantly confused by the online system asking them for card info every single time they make an appointment and then we have like 15 copies of the same two cards on file that we have to delete.
Make it so they just have to update expired info or they just have to confirm the CCV security code when they make the appointment

Marketing (and if possible confirmation/reminder) SMS needs to be separated from dashboard. Sending out marketing texts to even a few hundred clients pushes all of your active messages down below all of the marketing. You then have to scroll through hundreds or thousands of texts to find the messages you were working on with clients. This makes me not want to use this very valuable feature within BLVD. Is there a way to filter, or move these to a separate area?

Allow updating waitlist notes from the note
Add an Edit button to the notes on the waitlist.
It is so annoying to click to read the note, then have to click away, click edit, then click in the note area, then type the update to the note. 90% of the time we need to update the note immediately after/while reading it. 99% of the time nothing else about the waitlist entry needs updated (I honestly can't think of a time that I ever changed a waitlist entry outside of updating the note)

work on forms for group appointments
I am not sure if it is clearly marked and people aren't figuring it out, but 9 out of 10 times the forms for a group appointment are completed for the wrong people. Often the "guest of" form is completed in the name of the primary person and the primary person does not have any forms completed.
I am not sure if something can be done to make this more clear, or easier to get right.
A confounding factor is that forms cannot be moved between profiles. So we are stuck working around how to get the forms to the…

Allow commissions to go directly into merchant account
Instead of having the entire service amount go into the, in our case, independent contractor's, account, and then having to invoice them; allow the commission amount to go into their account. This allows both the contractor and our business to get paid directly and removes the headache for every to have to create and pay invoices and move money all over the place.

reports fields
beta reports should be able to add all fields associated with an object. so if I want a product report i should be able to ahve a report with all fields related avaialble in the report. I cant export a report with the item. the current on hand inventory and the desired on hand inventory

Saved Day View
We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.
For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.
Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

Add a popup message to indicate that a client's appointment is affected by removing a service provider's availability.
With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

If you fill out the forms and on the first form they put name and dob it should autofill the rest on the next forms. Along with the date should transfer over

It would be nice to apply text wrapping to schedule blocks so you can read longer messages without having to click on them

Reminders with Appointment Changes
The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.
