Front desk: Booking same day appointments without interference.
Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

Client data import
I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

view tips for staff separate
We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

Add Review Invite To Check-Out
We would like an invite to give feedback/review after the client completes payment via the Duo/iPad set-up. Once they confirm and pay, having an opportunity to give us 1-5 stars and, if they give us 4 or 5 stars, inviting them to review with Google Reviews would be great.

Merge staff profile
A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

When charging for no shows or late cancels those transactions should NOT count toward loyalty points!

Bring back the guest of tag in the app
Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

Report for monthly/weekly sales projections
It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.

Gear vs. Manage
It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;
If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.
Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)
The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.
This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

Please prioritize, bulk import clients from csv
Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

Multiple Merchant Override Permissions
Ability to utilize merchant overrides for vouchers, gift cards, and account credits, but once the override is set, have the ability to control which staff members can view or edit the override settings.

3 day view
In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

Alert when booking appointment that tells you if the client has a card on file or not
They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

Forms should be sent in order to clients
Forms should be sent in order to the client. In order from client intake form etc. Currently forms are out of order i.e. first from is HIPAA and 4th is intake form. Intake should be #1.
