  2. I would really like the ability to add merge fields in the text notifications. We're a busy medspa and would like the ability to include information in the text notifications like <customer name> and <service> in the notifications.

  3. This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

    1. Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
    2. Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
    3. Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients

    This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

    The feature would simplify payroll processes and eliminate the need for workarounds like creating separate "Employee Services" categories with 0% commission rates.…

  4. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  6. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  9. It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.

    It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.

    We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

  13. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  18. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.
