  3. Example: agreement forms in which Semper would need to complete details such as package of services and total cost (which is different per client), then send to the client to sign and date.

  6. Is there not just a simple way to see debit vs credit cards? that's the only thing i can think of that may be causing such a discrepancy in how much is collected vs what I' paying in fees. Offset should be charging guests 3% but I'm routinely paying 2.5% and the guests are paying 1.5%. If this is because they are all using debit cards I need to be able to figure that out without going down a back alley to locate and download a spreadsheet that I then have to reconfigure so I can actually read it.

  8. Vagaro had a feature that was very useful with timekeeping; they had a unique QR for each employee and they could clock in and out by simply scanning their QR at the front desk. This feature made it much easier for employees and the front desk.

  9. Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

  14. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

  18. Please add the length of a client's appointment to their email confirmation, where they can already see the start time. Adding an end time would be helpful so they aren't surprised at how long the service will take!

  19. Limit the number of times a client can reschedule an appointment. For example, if the appointment was first booked in February, it should not be possible for them to rebook into April as we have some seasonal services. I'd like for clients to only be allowed to reschedule an appointment no more than twice. After that, they should have to book a new appointment and place a new deposit.
