  2. Be able to set perimeters for required info for when a patient is being inputted into the system such as:

  4. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  6. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  7. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  9. From a mobile device a clients need to have the ability to modify an existing appointment. Currently, the have to delete the appointment then remake a new appointment with changes or addons. it only allows to reschedule or cancel

  12. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  14. I would love to see a bank of Templates to choose from that are customizable. My former program had that and it reduced time making them. For a spa that has many, many services, it is very time consuming to make these. Also, helpful to compare to make sure nothing is missed. Just a thought That has been the most challenging part of moving to Boulevard.

  17. When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

  18. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  20. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.
