Detailed time clock report that breaks down hours by job reason
For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

Can our neurotoxin treatment record keep pulling forward to the new treatment record? Because botox patterns often stay the same
Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

Customizable Appointment Status
The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.
Examples:
1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.If there was a customization…

Better reports around loyalty program and levels with points
I would love to be able to see our top clients with loyalty program points. It would also be amazing to offer those top clients more perks as far as levels go (similar to Nordstrom)

"Get Quote" instead of the price
I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

Offers should have ability to make include or exclude by brands as a rule.
It would be helpful for offer to have the ability to set a rule that includes or excludes by brand and not just service or product. When we run a brand promo we have to go through every item in our inventory to select what can be included. It would save a significant amount of time to say all of X brand is included in this offer.

Allow for commission to only be granted on Staff booked appointments. No commission for online booked appointments.
I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.

Reservation Numbers and Booking Multiple Appts
We would love to see a reservation number added to each appointment and make them searchable, much like an order number. This is a very easy way to look up specific details for our guests. It would be best if we could also book multiple reservations or bookings under a single reservation number for groups and parties as well.

Dynamic date fields for email campaigns
Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

Filter by Last Contacted
When filtering clients, we would like to have an option to filter clients based on when the most recent message was sent. For example to filter out clients if they were contacted less than a month ago.
