  3. Would like to be able to include/add column for a client email in the Memberships report. This way we can obtain a Client List of past-due memberships along with their email.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  6. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

  9. If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.

  10. since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.

    Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…

  14. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

  15. The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

  20. Request: Ability to leverage dynamic variables (e.g., Studio name, studio phone number, etc.) within Forms & Charts so that one form can be leveraged across all locations but contain the studio's specific information when requiring a client to complete.
    Use Case: For multi-unit scaling purposes, they want to be able to have one form that all locations utilize, but they want the form to surface each location's specific contact information via dynamic field variables embedded within the form.
