  2. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  3. Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

  4. Incase of a mistake of a staff member completing the Chart in another staff member’s dashboard, it would be nice to be able to change the name of the staff member that competed the Chart.

  5. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  6. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  8. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  10. There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.

  11. Needs to have any notes or orders that are added to the chart during sign off somehow flagged so that the provider knows to review prior to nex visit

  17. Client forms for med spas should be provided and the editing/creation more robust. Other med spa software provides hundreds of forms. AmSpa has available forms that would be great to have access to here: https://americanmedspa.org/medspaforms

  18. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious
