Per Transaction Option When Creating Offers (Discounts)
Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

We should be able to add a form to an existing appointment and manually send it without resending the forms reminder
The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

when doing commission calculations, the memberships should still have backbar
When commission calculations are done the backbar for the service should still be deducted.

Duplicate offers
Some offers have virtually the same rules but different code name or eligible locations for tracking and would love to be able to duplicate an existing code rather than creating a brand new one

Ability to upload PDFs to use as Form rather than having to build one
We need the abililty to upload a pre-exisitng pdf form into the forms function that becomes fillable for clients to fill out and sign

dynamic variable for location contact information so that specific studio info can be reflected in the form while only one form is leveraged
Request: Ability to leverage dynamic variables (e.g., Studio name, studio phone number, etc.) within Forms & Charts so that one form can be leveraged across all locations but contain the studio's specific information when requiring a client to complete.
Use Case: For multi-unit scaling purposes, they want to be able to have one form that all locations utilize, but they want the form to surface each location's specific contact information via dynamic field variables embedded within the form. It should say if a specific date is a holiday or national day on the calendar
On the top left of the calendar view where it says "Today's date" it should also state if that date is a holiday or national date.

Ability to associate 2 providers to a bill or membership & have reporting on it
We have a prospect that needs to be able to associate 2 providers to a bill or membership.
Example of the providers & use case:
1. a selling provider (like an MD) that recommends a treatment

Allow inventory editing after checkouts
I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

forms for new client only
Need a setting other than first appointment so that you can differentiate between an actual new client or the first appointment for a selected form. When new forms are created if using the first appointment option need to have ability to not send to existing clients.

"All Locations" selections to honor newly added locations (staff profile, forms settings)
"All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

Restrict usage of specific "Other" payment types to assigned privilege groups
There are some "Other" payments that should only be applied by a manager, so they should be the only ones to see it in the dropdown menu at checkout.

Can we have the option of not contacting the customer on the app version, like the desktop version gives
Can you please give the option to book an appointment on the app and not contact the customer? The desktop version offers this option.

Show the patients age on their profile next to their birthday.
Some services require patients to be 18 or older and having the age auto populate would help streamline the age check process.
