  1. Reports need to update immediatelym I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat says it only updates every 2 hours! That's ridiculous

  3. We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.

  4. Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.

  5. The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

  6. Our memberships are based around account credit so they can be used for any service. They also get one free add-on monthly. For example: a gold membership cost $85 and the client gets $100 in store credit plus one free $15 add-on. BLVD is assigning the value of the voucher as $85 and changes the price of the add-on to $85 when redeemed. Making the voucher amount editable would improve the client experience (receipts are confusing) and accounting on the backend.

  7. On the Sales > Order > Purchase detail page, include a sidebar callout for the appointment date. This information is already attached through the hyperlink, but would like to see this without an additional dialog box. Allowing to filter by date on the Sales > Orders page would be an added bonus.

    Sometimes appointments are closed out at a later date for various reasons, and this would be helpful when having to investigate issues where this is the case.

  8. The booked forecast by staff report is super helpful for providers to see what their next few weeks look like, but they aren't able to see it without seeing all of the summaries. Please either make it individually shareable, or create the report in the report tab so we can have it sharable to them.

  10. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  14. Reports for memberships should include a date for when a Paused or Cancellation Scheduled membership is set to resume and become active again. This enables the business to be able to more accurately report on their future active memberships and track churn more correctly.

  15. We need the ability to directly link each commission line item to its corresponding transaction or client record. Providing this level of traceability would streamline the transaction verification process, reduce time spent reconciling payroll, and minimize the risk of commission errors.

  16. We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

    While I can make a report of Outstanding Voucher Liabilities and change the date…

  17. We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.

  19. Combine Sales and Payment Reporting.

    • Need to see clients who have purchased units and did not treat same day

  20. create a report that allows you to pull information from forms, example if they checked off using photos for marketing, or to find out zip codes to see where clients are coming from, or if they select certain concerns there have to pull reports by who is concerned with what to send targeted emails
