  1. We need the ability to directly link each commission line item to its corresponding transaction or client record. Providing this level of traceability would streamline the transaction verification process, reduce time spent reconciling payroll, and minimize the risk of commission errors.

  2. We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

  3. We used to be able to see the next billing date, not just the most recent update and start date. It's extremely helpful to be able to forecast cash flow and doing away with this field limits that ability.

  4. The column 'Net Service Count' would simply be the sum of the existing columns 'Service Count' minus 'Service Refunds Count'

  5. Combine Sales and Payment Reporting.

    • Need to see clients who have purchased units and did not treat same day

    • Additionally, needs additional filters for Payment Methods on Commission Reporting to exclude certain payment methods.

  6. create a report that allows you to pull information from forms, example if they checked off using photos for marketing, or to find out zip codes to see where clients are coming from, or if they select certain concerns there have to pull reports by who is concerned with what to send targeted emails

  8. We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.

  9. Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.

  10. It is imperative to have data on New Clients who have just booked an appointment. We have huge marketing ad spends and that data needs to be at our finger tips. I have no way to verify that my marketing is driving the customers in aside from manually clicking every appointment and viewing customer profiles, with 30-40 appointments a day this is not a possibility. This is a must fix.

  12. We need enhanced reporting for providers. The reports should be attached to each staff members profile so they can ONLY see their specific reporting. Their reports should show gross sales, commissions, tips for all services, products, memberships & packages on one report for any date range. It would be great if they could set goals for each month and the reporting shows how close they are to it.

  14. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  16. It would be great to have a section like a paystub where you can insert a note to each employee for the pay week. It would be great to write reminders or correction reason on their report. I had an incident where my stylist added her tip with all her service charge, I don't take tip on credit card. She could have received her commission with more money since she had already received her tip in cash from the register. A reminder in a note section would clarify the difference in pay before assuming she was missing money from her…

  18. It would be helpful to have a reporting feature that shows which clients have recurring or standing appointments and how many active appointments they have, within a range. This report should also identify which clients do not have any appointments booked out within the time frame, so that we can reach out to those who need to book out for ex. holiday seasons or during other events
