  1. I would like a report where I can see how many clients rebooked at the time of visit and what staff member rebooked them. Having this reporting data would make it easier to offer commission on rebooking and incentivize the front desk to get every client rebooked thus directly increasing business sales through future appointments booked.

  2. A report, not a summary, that shows cancellation rate, new patient leads, leads contacted, appointments scheduled, and appointments completed. This is critical to track.

  3. I think that Admins should be able to see the performance of the whole practice on the app while theyre on the go!! Why does the staff get to see how much they make but the owners cant see how much was made in total.. its kind of funny if you ask me

  7. Within the performance tab of the mobile app, you can track all sorts of metrics. For those hourly employees, tracking number of hours worked would be very helpful.

  10. We would like the option to filter out the "Services Redeemed with Vouchers" line item from the Sales Summary so it's not factored into the total unless we want it to be.

  12. The ability to print this report with out having to save it as a PDF. I am a pen to paper kind of person. I end up having to save all of the individual reports prior to printing. Its an unnecessary step. Then I have to go back and delete them. Another step, not needed.

  14. When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

  15. Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.

    Examples:
    1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.

    2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates. Separating prebook rates for New and Returning clients…

  18. Any raw data on walk-in appointments would be helpful. Ideally, anything that can help me determine the likelihood of a walk-in occurring. I basically just want to figure out the peak days of the week and times that they are likely to happen.

  19. Report analytics are important because they provide the data-driven insights needed to make informed decisions, improve performance, and identify new opportunities. The current reporting in Boulevard is just raw data, that we have to export and then create their own analytic reports, which, compared to Square and other POS systems is quite out of date. At a minimum, we need the ability to compare time periods and see change and % change over time.

  20. We are tracking our providers' utilization % of their hours scheduled. Unfortunately when a shift is marked as unavailable (due to a holiday), it does not subtract those hours from their hours scheduled. For example, if i have an employee that normally works 36 hours a week and one day is a holiday, it will still say their hours scheduled is 36 and even if the other four days of the week were fully booked, their utilization % will look like they had a completely empty day. This means holiday weeks/months have to be done manually.
