Export custom reports without having to save first
currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

packages reports
When Pulling up the Products Sales Report, Packages are Included. If they are a retail Package I can understand but Service Packages do not belong in this report. Yes, we can exclude each one but not the entire category which is time consuming and clunky, which leads to errors.

Currently, the available reports lack several critical data points, making it difficult to assess which initiatives are truly driving results and where adjustments may be needed. Having access to these insights is essential for making informed, data-driven decisions moving forward.

Ability to track location for account credits
Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

Have a report showing how many appointments were booked by operators
Operator activity summary and report do not show appointments that were booked by each operator. This would be very helpful to see how much booking each person is creating.

Addition of date selector in the API report exporter for Discounts and Offers report
Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.

Ratings: Column for operator at checkout
It would be helpful to have a column indicating the person who checked the client's appt out in Ratings, as their feedback may be related to their checkout experience and would be helpful to easily identify.

Front Desk Reports
I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees. Report that tells us hours already reserved in the future
Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

End of day reports
I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

Offer code Redemption with new client and sales attached

Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh

Allow "Daily Summary" Report to run for every date, not just dates with sales
The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

Allow voucher values to be set in memberships
Our memberships are based around account credit so they can be used for any service. They also get one free add-on monthly. For example: a gold membership cost $85 and the client gets $100 in store credit plus one free $15 add-on. BLVD is assigning the value of the voucher as $85 and changes the price of the add-on to $85 when redeemed. Making the voucher amount editable would improve the client experience (receipts are confusing) and accounting on the backend.

Include appointment date on Sales > Orders > Purchase sidebar
On the Sales > Order > Purchase detail page, include a sidebar callout for the appointment date. This information is already attached through the hyperlink, but would like to see this without an additional dialog box. Allowing to filter by date on the Sales > Orders page would be an added bonus.
Sometimes appointments are closed out at a later date for various reasons, and this would be helpful when having to investigate issues where this is the case.
