  1. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  2. It would be really helpful to have an option to pull a report listing all current packages with pricing and voucher details. Like a quick reference "master copy" for staff to refer to for pricing. I have staff that are part time and sometimes need to look up pricing (especially on items we don't sell a ton of).

    We can do this with services, but not the packages our services are in. It doesn't make sense not to have that option.

  3. As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees.   6. I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

  7. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

  8. The Daily Summary Report (in the Report section) apparently only shows information for dates that a sale happened. This leads to missing and inaccurate data when looking at a specific staff member who may have had a full day that had no appointments booked. These days don't show in the report, which can lead to inaccurate utilization numbers (Hours scheduled and hours booked).

  9. Our memberships are based around account credit so they can be used for any service. They also get one free add-on monthly. For example: a gold membership cost $85 and the client gets $100 in store credit plus one free $15 add-on. BLVD is assigning the value of the voucher as $85 and changes the price of the add-on to $85 when redeemed. Making the voucher amount editable would improve the client experience (receipts are confusing) and accounting on the backend.

  10. We urgently need the ability to batch-print complete Guest Traveler / Work Tickets for the entire day. Each ticket must contain full service history with pricing paid for at least the last five visits, all retail purchases, the current day’s appointment details, client notes, formula history populated from Vish, birthday and appointment notes, who booked the appointment, and a dedicated space to write down take-home recommendations along with the guest’s next-visit service plan and ideal timing.   11. On the Sales > Order > Purchase detail page, include a sidebar callout for the appointment date. This information is already attached through the hyperlink, but would like to see this without an additional dialog box. Allowing to filter by date on the Sales > Orders page would be an added bonus.

    Sometimes appointments are closed out at a later date for various reasons, and this would be helpful when having to investigate issues where this is the case.

  12. The booked forecast by staff report is super helpful for providers to see what their next few weeks look like, but they aren't able to see it without seeing all of the summaries. Please either make it individually shareable, or create the report in the report tab so we can have it sharable to them.

  13. It is mandatory for medical directors to sign on at least 30% of charts in specific states. However the function to do so in BLVD is limited. There needs to be either a "send to medical director" button at the end of every chart created or a pop up box asking if you want to send this to medical director when you are submitting your chart. I know there is a way to make a chart mandatory for sign off; however, I don't need to send every chart to my MD and my MA does not know which chart to…

  15. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  20. Reports for memberships should include a date for when a Paused or Cancellation Scheduled membership is set to resume and become active again. This enables the business to be able to more accurately report on their future active memberships and track churn more correctly.
