  1. I’d like to see a single report that provides both year-over-year and month-to-month staff performance comparisons. Since our salon operates heavily on goals and performance metrics, having a full annual comparison alongside monthly trends in one report would make tracking performance much easier. This would save time, reduce the need to generate multiple reports, and give a clearer overall picture of staff performance.

  2. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

  3. I think that Admins should be able to see the performance of the whole practice on the app while theyre on the go!! Why does the staff get to see how much they make but the owners cant see how much was made in total.. its kind of funny if you ask me

  6. Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.

    Examples:
    1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.

    2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates. Separating prebook rates for New and Returning clients…

  7. Report analytics are important because they provide the data-driven insights needed to make informed decisions, improve performance, and identify new opportunities. The current reporting in Boulevard is just raw data, that we have to export and then create their own analytic reports, which, compared to Square and other POS systems is quite out of date. At a minimum, we need the ability to compare time periods and see change and % change over time.

  8. We are tracking our providers' utilization % of their hours scheduled. Unfortunately when a shift is marked as unavailable (due to a holiday), it does not subtract those hours from their hours scheduled. For example, if i have an employee that normally works 36 hours a week and one day is a holiday, it will still say their hours scheduled is 36 and even if the other four days of the week were fully booked, their utilization % will look like they had a completely empty day. This means holiday weeks/months have to be done manually.

  10. Please create an Appointment Report with actual patient names, service names, rather than patient ID and service ID. (Information without actual name is pretty much useless. )

    Aesthetic Record has this report called "Booking History" that shows all the bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation in one report, that was very useful for our operation. We don't miss their platform at all, but I think that something like that on Boulevard would be very, very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.

I suggested notifications for the desk but it would also be nice for the front desk to be able to pull reports specific to their daily needs, that don't require them to have access to all reporting. We should be able to assign the reports to the front desk that we want them to see from all reporting options. They should be able to pull reports for any time period that show cancellations, online bookings, reschedules, form status, no-shows and cancellations fees.   14. I would like a report where I can see how many clients rebooked at the time of visit and what staff member rebooked them. Having this reporting data would make it easier to offer commission on rebooking and incentivize the front desk to get every client rebooked thus directly increasing business sales through future appointments booked.

  15. a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.

  16. When you are looking at, for example, a summary report for sales, and it says there were 14 transactions, if you click on 14, it will open up the data behind that number so you can look at the actual line by line 14 transactions that made up that data.

  17. A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
    What the client purchases:
    Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
    Form of Payment:
    Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.

    Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.
