  1. I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.

  3. We need a report where I can do future forecasting to know how many hours my staff is scheduled and out of those hours how many booked hours are scheduled with appointments. This helps us build their productivity/utilization.

  5. Add Product, Service, Gift Card, Membership, and Voucher/Package Discounts to the sales summary report.

    Or Create a specific "Combined Report" for bookkeepers and accountants. A singe report showing: Income (Service, Membership & Product) (Business Cost of Product Sales), Discounts (as mentioned above), Refunds, Liability Income (Voucher/Packages, Gift Cards, Client Accounts), Redeemed Liability, and Tax Totals.

    Beyond the Sales Report as the added parts of the Combined Report would include, Payment Distribution, Product Sales, Service Sales Summary, Sales by Service Provider, etc.

    This would be very helpful, instead of pulling 3-6 different reports, just because we need 1 piece of information…

  6. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  7. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  8. I would recommend an alert that pops up on BLVD dashboard when there is a pending prescription to sign. Or there is an option available through Scriptsure that allows you to set alerts through SMS or email when there is a pending prescription - if we could make this option available through the BLVD integration, that would be excellent!

  9. Discontinue the second daily journal entry you send to Quickbooks Online Edition (QBO). I can't understand the point of it but it's completely wrong and I have to go through QBO each month and delete it. I mean, it's obvious that whoever maintains the app connection to QBO doesn't really understand accounting, and the upshot is a lot of extra work for the accountants. Latest case in point - during January, every journal entry for about a week posted all activity to the unredeemed vouchers code instead of sales etc. Bottom line, you're creating extra work for me, and I…

  15. I’d like to see a single report that provides both year-over-year and month-to-month staff performance comparisons. Since our salon operates heavily on goals and performance metrics, having a full annual comparison alongside monthly trends in one report would make tracking performance much easier. This would save time, reduce the need to generate multiple reports, and give a clearer overall picture of staff performance.

  17. I’d like a report that shows how many new appointments were created each day.

    This should be based on the date the appointment was created/booked, not the date the appointment is scheduled for.

    This would help us understand how successful our marketing campaigns are by showing which days actually generate the most new bookings.

    For example:
    Monday: 25 appointments were created
    Tuesday: 32 appointments were created
    Wednesday: 18 appointments were created

    It would also be helpful if this could be connected to marketing sources or campaigns, so we can better track which campaigns are bringing in real appointments.

  18. Cancellations fees are not a true discount. For accounting purposes, this data is inaccurate. It is actually revenue. It should be listed separately from discounts.

  19. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

  20. We have over 45 staff members at any given time and would like to be able to run a report and print the schedule for them to see their appointments for the day. There is literally NO functionality to do so right now. The reporting inside BLVD is lack luster, to say the least.
