  3. There are some intake form questions that a business should easily be able to identify per client. For ex - if a client is asked whether they consent to their treatment photos to be shared on social media and they decline, it would be helpful to then add a related tag to the client profile.

  4. When taking a photo in someone's chart (ex. aesthetic note) can we add grid lines so that photos are more consistent. Uploading photos are a hippa violation so we would love to be able to upgrade the photo taking features.

  5. We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.

    A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.

    Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.

  6. We need to submit forms to insurance companies sometimes, so it is imperative that we are able to cleanly print the ENTIRE notes - including any addendums made - without overlap or cutoff

  7. When you have a comparison photo you like, it would be great to have a save to gallery button. Currently you have to do too many steps outside of boulevard to get a comparison saved.

  8. On annotatable images, I would like a "total amount injected box" that adds together the number of units or volume of substance that has been charted on the image. This function is available on other EMR platforms, so it must be something that could be developed. The value of having that box automatically populate the amount that has been charted, is that it prevents injection volumes form being omitted or forgotten on the treatment image, which keeps inventory and record keeping medically accurate.

  9. We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

  10. it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

  15. it would be nice if clients could see forms form a previous appointment. For example we have pre/post care instructions that the client has to sign at the appointment, it would be nice for then to be bale to review it later. or even it it was a form we could manually email or text prior to or after the appointment.

  17. when creating a new service, it would be much easier to be able to select the forms or charts that need to be attached to it from that screen instead of going out of it, finding the forms/charts individually, and having to go into each one and select the new service.

  18. It would be helpful if access to edit Forms & Charts could be controlled within the Manage Permissions section. Right now, this is only available in Settings, which prevents non-admin users from managing it.

  19. It would be nice that if we update a form it automatically will trigger clients to fill out the new form at their next appointment. Right now the way the system is we have to either manually add for each appointment or have the form filled out every time for each client. Also if you make the form expire it should trigger to have clients fill out an updated form.

  20. When a client changes their phone number , it erases ALL messages tied to that phone number. This is frustrating. Sometimes we refer back to past conversations for information, photos, etc.We are a med/spa office and rely on our system to keep track of all important info such as messages between client, Charting, etc. This would be the equivilent if all of a sudden medical carts went missing. Please fix this
