New Incomplete Forms Feature - Update Color
We are so used to seeing that a patient is "running late" in red on the front desk page. The new incomplete forms feature is great, but if we could please change the color to something besides red. Now it looks like we have multiple patients running late, and it is really distracting.

when I go to a client in the system I should be able to send them forms and charts. having to book a new appointment is tedious
send client forms without having to falsify an appointment. some clients add new services. some forget. it really messes up the calendar and irritates clients and staff. wasted time.

Add more than one photo at a time to the chart.
Add more than one photo at a time to the chart. Adding one at a time is cumbersome and wastes time. If we could select multiple photos to upload in bulk, that would be very helpful!

Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

Ability for clients to bulk sign forms, especially when multiple consents are needed.

Enable patients to see and review forms signed and needs to be signed
Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

Save draft option for duplicated charts
Currently when you duplicate a chart to make a new one there is only a publish button. I want to save a draft that I'm still working on without publishing it.

PLEASE Alphabetize consent forms!!!!
Please alphabetize consent forms! It would make it so much easier when we need to update one to not have to look for it over and over.

visible expired forms
all forms that expire need to stay in the clients forms and charts and just be maybe greyed out and say expired instead of being auto remove

Forms disappearing from Client Portal
It would be very helpful if Forms would not disappear from the Client Portal once they are completed. For example, we build out Pre and Post Care Information for each service as a Form. It would make a lot of sense if clients could always refer to this information, especially after their appointment has passed, but as it is not this information disappears from their portal. Please please fix this!

Remove the save signature option or give us the option to remove it on our own.
We are a medical aesthetics practice. We'd like to disable the ability for patients to

A dedicated area for Past medical history, surgical history, family history, that can be updated, and carries over and autopopulates I just
We need an area where medical history, medications, allergies lives, and can be updated. It would be nice if they can autopopulate to each note, or you can elect to carry it over into each note. Med Spas are medical practices, and It is super important to have this. Zenoti, just did this and it actually looks really good. Perhaps check theirs out for inspiration. I am happy to help as I still have access to Zenoti for another month.

keep charts unlocked after submitting
It would be helpful to be able to adjust forms for a certain time window before they're locked and cant be edited. that way things can be adjusted or things can be added after the fact in case it's submitted too early, treatment was added, etc. the time window can be set by the admin (3 months, 6 months, etc).

Be able to add in a standalone chart without an appointment
Sometimes I need to be able to add in a note or something like log in a medication received. We should be able to do that without having to create an appt

upload date and treatment as the photo name
we created a before and after photos form. I would love for the photos to have treatment name and treatment date attached when they upload to gallery.
