  3. I would like to completely move away from Mailchimp and use the email marketing from BLVD. To do so, I would love for more analytics to be added on the backend. I would like to see what was clicked on in the email and then if there were any appointments and how much money came from that appointment. Additionally, I would like to be able to click on the current analytics like unsubscribed and failed, to see what clients these are. Thank you!

  7. Automate emails to go to patients specific to how many days since they had a specific service if they have not rebooked for that service. For example, 90 days post botox, 6 months post vaginal rejuvenation, 15 months post lip filler, etc.

  16. Please allow customers to type "C" to confirm their appointment in addition to "yes" and all the other responses you accept.

    Boulevard does a great job of accepting all kinds of responses from customers.

    According to Billie the AI chat bot, the system accepts these confirmation responses: y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, and confirm.

    However we also have customers typing in "C" to confirm since other booking systems work that way. Allowing this as a response to confirm their appointment would…

  18. as an owner for myself and the admin team, I'd like the availability to have push notifications come directly to my phone or through the app so that we don't have to constantly login to the dashboard to see messages or respond to messages. This is a feature that we had in Vagaro and it made it easy to communicate with clients quickly. Right now so many messages are overdue for responses because no one knows they're there until someone happens to check.

  19. Is there a way to edit our outgoing SMS and EMAILS for all our locations at once?

    We would like to edit our SMS and EMAIL reminders, but ideally, in one go / page.
    Even the confirmation emails should be the same for all locations.
