Adding a "Send Message" button next to "Edit" when you click on an appointment on calendar or front desk
When you click on a client's appointment in either the calendar or front desk view, it would be helpful to have a "send message" button next to either the "Edit" or Checkout" button. It'll save time rather than clicking on their profile, clicking messages, and then sending a new message

OFFER CODES
For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?
There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

offers auto apply to remaining offer
Pls make it so you can auto-apply discounts to the REMAINING appointments, not all of them. No one ever wants to discount already-booked bookings. The goal is always to make more money, not less.
In general, pls fix the offers and make them more usable- not stackable. We cannot even use the auto apply at all because it can be stacked.1 vote -
Autosave Marketing Campaigns While in Edit Mode
Autosave email/text marketing campaigns while you are working on them, or provide a save button to save any changes while in editing mode. In the case the screen refreshes or logs you out - you won't have to start all over again.

Configurable email and SMS times for when automated campaigns and one-time blasts are sent.
Ability to set a specific time for when automated campaign and blast emails and texts are sent out to clients. Ideally, these would be based on location time zones for clients receiving the messages.

the app currently does not list the type of booking when sending text messages to the employee about a new booking, and it should.

Scheduling Communication for specific services
We are trying to create a communication touch X amount of time after specific services i.e if we checked out a moxi today, a text will be scheduled to go out in 6months reminding the client that a its time for a maintenance treatment,. We have tried creating audiences and sending out blasts but the "last appointment" filter isnt granular enough to be specific in the messages - we would want to build out this communication for multiple service types and messaging

Give a alert on main desk computer when people arrive. Other than on Front desk
We have so many clients coming in and sometimes I am away from my desk. I would love some kind of alert on my screen to let me know a walk in or someone who is scheduled has arrived WITHOUT having to go to Front desk to try to figure it out.
