I would like to see a list of specific patients/clients that unsubscribed from marketing emails.
More detailed reporting from email marketing campaigns that include NAMES of those who unsubscribed, the emails that bounced, etc. Other email marketing providers have this option, plus an option to send a "reminder" to those that didn't open the first one. More marketing options, please!! And - I will add this - if a guest leaves a review on BLVD, it should automatically be posted on the business's Google page, or website.
