  1. Returns should be shown on the client product screen. How do we know if the client returns something, I don't want to keep recommending a product they didn't like.

  2. When I look at transactions, I cannot tell which employee checked out a client I need to go pull reports. Make this information easily visible so I can address mistakes with the appropriate employee.

  3. Having an option to cap how many packages are sold. Example: I want to sell a maximum of 25 of a package from online sales and it automatically stops sales after 25 are sold.

  4. We have clients that we allow to make payments on larger packages. We would love to be able to apply a package and it's vouchers to a clients profile, even with an active balance to be paid, and apply payment to that open sale until it is paid off.

  5. If a membership reduces pricing for a specific service it should automatically do that instead of having to add a bunch of add ons.

    For example: for our injectable members, our botox unit goes from $15 to $13/ unit. For anyone enrolled in membership when we are at check out this should be auto updated

  6. There's no notification that a client's card was declined when ran for their monthly membership, just flags their chart. So if you don't go looking for it, you'll never know their payment wasn't processed. If it notified us, we could reach out to the client sooner to update their card information.

  7. I would love if there was a native way for the system to give the option for stylist to receive full commission when doing an offer (the business takes on the cost of the discount) I know there is a work around for this (closing the discounted amount to other and then deleting the offer) but that kind of defeats the purpose if its a 1 time offer we'd like to track.

  8. A setting for the tip to only be calculated from the total of the service and not include percentage of products sold. This way it is only suggesting a tip amount for the total of the service and not the skincare products that were added.

  9. Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

  12. We offer "Couples Memberships" where each person can share the same benefits. Currently the system only supports shared vouchers and not a shared offer code. It is only applied to the purchaser and not the "Shared" guest. It would be extremely helpful if sharing the offer code could be applied to "Shared" person so they also receive the member benefits without having to manually discount the 2nd person.

  13. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.

  14. Please update the Service Commission report so that summaries are pulled based on the time of check out / time of payment. This will ensure the report is displayed in true chronological order, reflecting when transactions are actually completed.

  15. The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.

    As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.

    However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.

    I currently have a membership set for $149 that is set up for one voucher for and IV (value $149) and one voucher for…

  16. Please add a search function to patient history pages. It is incredibly time-consuming to have to click each ticket to see what a patient purchased. Search functions really need to be added to almost everything with BLVD for convenience.

  20. POs only appear in the inventory adjustment report as received products when they are completed. it is not possible to see all POs that are in draft or saved status waiting to be received. When corporate orders on behalf of all locations, this can be very time consuming depending on the number of locs and suppliers. Having a single report to reference all outstanding orders would be a great solution and save admin time.
