  1. We have a sauna and cold plunge, which does not require a provider but does only fit 6 people. Being able to configure resource only services would be great for this, but currently all services require a staff member to book

  4. MAJOR upgrades to the mobile app.

    Allowing us to:

    -open up our schedule through the app
    -refund clients from the app
    -checkout/apple pay with the app
    -block out the entire day without having to do it individually for each staff

  7. Not only on the appointment in the calendar and front desk view, but checkout button should also have graphical indicator that there is a pending item that can be added to the checkout such as a deposit.

  8. The system should notify you when you are about to double book a slot and/or if there are no appointments available for the time you have selected in the client appointment window.

    It's inefficient to have to tab over to the calendar to check for open time slots and then click back to update the timing.

  10. It would be amazing to have an option where new clients are automatically directed to the first available provider or appointment slot when booking online. Right now, new clients often select specific providers, which can delay booking availability and create gaps in schedules. This feature would help maximize booking capacity, improve client experience with faster availability, and better distribute new client traffic across the team. Even having this as an optional toggle in settings would be incredibly helpful.

  11. I would like an option (like in Square) for my stylists to approve or decline an appointment that was booked online. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts, and this would help prevent that. Currently we have to reach out directly to clients to reschedule.

  13. I understand that I can go under reports and print off the individual provider reports, however those print offs are horrible! The clients' names are at the far right instead of the left. It makes what should be a quick glance a hassle.

  14. It would be super helpful if we could leave a note that shows on the waitlist. We never know if someone has already reached out and may be waiting for a call back it would be great to see that at a glance.

  15. I have staff who perform certain tasks (laser hair removal vs skin care) on certain days. In order to make the schedule work, I needed to create 2 separate profiles for each of them. You should be able to define their services for the day so that a business only needs 1 profile but clients don't inadvertently book a service on a particular day when the staff is not available.

    We operate skin care in a particular room (rooms are not interchangeable based on LHR vs skin care) so it is not enough to know that a staff member will…

  16. Prebook Defaults to have the ability to enter more than 3 defaults, as we can have follow-ups as follows; 2wks, 4wks, 6wks, 8wks, 12wks, and 6mos. By having more multiple defaults it would make it easier for front desk prebooking.

  18. Cancellation should be able to be automated to be set by:
    - Operating hours: closed during weekend, so window should be extended to 72 hours instead of the regular 24
    - Location: Some regions have much busier clinics and should have a different window
    - Provider: Similar to location level, some individual providers are highly productive and booked several weeks out, so the policy for them should be different if needed.

  19. I have noticed that we have appointments booked online outside of the scheduled window aka no availability. Online booking has also staggered group appointments without informing the guest that the appointments are at different times and not booked together. We have had an instance where one guest's card on file was charged for an unrelated guest's services and we did not attach them and can't figure out how it happened.
