  1. We will be offering some wellness options that would require multiple bookings for the same service at the same time. Example: sound bath and yoga. This would also be helpful for some events that we host and we will be able to better manage the bookings, pay and reminders if Boulevard had this option.

  3. I’d like the ability to add a client’s credit card information in the Professional app, similar to the Wallet tab on the dashboard. Since I’m not always at the front desk or the front desk is busy checking a client out, having this feature in the app would enable me to streamline appointment booking.

  4. The desktop version is missing the “Mark Active” status option. Please add it so the order is Mark as Confirmation, Mark Arrived, Mark Active, then Check Out.

  7. Please add a “View Current Day Only” permission under the Appointment section. When enabled, employees would only be able to view and create appointments for the current day, and would be restricted from accessing other dates.

  8. TRACKING OF PATIENT APPOINTMENT-ALL ASPECTS OF IT INCLUDING ONLINE BOOKINGS, CANCELLING, RESCHEDULING, CONFIRMING, CHECKING IN/OUT-ALL OF IT NEEDS TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO ADMIN. I DO NOT WISH TO GO THROUGH ENGINEERS TO BE ABLE TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION. AS A PRACTICE IT IS VERY DISTRUPTIVE, TIME CONSUMING AND A FINANCIAL HIT WHEN WE DO NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION READILY AVAILABLE TO US. PLEASE SEE CONVO WITH MEGAN ON 3/16/26 FOR REFERENCE. WE WOULD LIKE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM ASAP

  13. Include the day of the Week, Service Provider, and Services Scheduled in the confirmation messages.
    For Example: Hi {client name},
    You are scheduled for an appointment at Rose Aesthetics Paola on Wednesday, Jan 7, 2026 at 12:00pm CST for a 60min Petal Radiance Facial with Madeline.
    When Clients have multiple appointments scheduled, they get confused which appointment is what day and end up having to take extra steps to figure it out. It should be simply included in the confirmation. Even the Booking Confirmation.

  15. This would be for employees/front desk/managers looking at Boulevard as opposed to clients booking online. It would be useful to have a dropdown somewhere similar to how you can select a specific employee, but instead you can select a specific service. As an example, we're a massage studio so it would be useful when booking appointments to look at a particular day's schedule and only see LMTs that offer cupping, or hot stones, or prenatal, etc. We have a separate spreadsheet with this information but it would be a lot more convenient if it was embedded into the calendar view.

  16. When clients book inside of business confirmation period, the appointment should automatically be confirmed. There's no reason for us to have to manually go in and have to confirm the appointment if it's within the 48 or 72-hour time frame.

We like to look at our appointment metrics for the week and/or month, and it would be helpful to be able to pull up the total number of canceled appointments or total number of no-show appointments so we can see the % of patients actually showing up vs # booked. Currently you have to count manually for each day under the cancelations tab on the calendar view.

  19. We should have the ability to cancel a specific date range on recurring appts just like we have the option to choose the specific date range when booking recurring appts.

    When a guest takes a leave for a specific amount of time (ex 2 weeks... but they are booked out for the year) we have to either cancel all future appointments or go into each appt manually and remove it. Either way we are doing more work than necessary when this comes up.

  20. There should be a "temporary hold" on the schedule when someone starts to book an appointment where the space is greyed out or something to alert others that someone is booking at that time to avoid double booking. This hold can be released after 2 minutes or something, but at least the slot won't be taken while someone is trying to put their information in. This could be for online and internal bookings.
