Ability to adding Credit Card on the Professional App.
I’d like the ability to add a client’s credit card information in the Professional app, similar to the Wallet tab on the dashboard. Since I’m not always at the front desk or the front desk is busy checking a client out, having this feature in the app would enable me to streamline appointment booking.

Notification for same day changes
If a client needs to move their appointment on the same day I would like a notification. I can't check the schedule while I'm in service so I would like a text notification. Technically they cancelled, but we do a courtesy for first time clients and don't charge so it ends up being rescheduled instead of cancelled.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING INTERNALLY
Please give us the option to require that staff collect credit card information prior to any service scheduled. Again, we are working hard at our small business just like those of you who started boulevard.
With this being said these types of ideas that we suggest NEED administrative level feedback.
We need to be able to require services scheduled on the backend have a credit card on file to minimize potential revenue loss. Workarounds are what I have started to tell other business owners what they are signing up for if they choose to work with this platform.

Appointment Copying
At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.

Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days.
Be able to block off the schedule for certain services on certain days. For example: we have events on Thursdays and Fridays a couple times a month at a location other than our office that require appts. But we can't block our schedule for the day. People book other services than our event and we have to immediately reschedule because we won't be in person at the office. Does that make sense??

There needs to be a feature to mark clients as request or non-request. This is VITAL to have fair books and balancing the books to ensure all service providers have a fair shot of building their clientele. Our old booking system allowed us to mark each individual appointment as request or non request with a clear color on the appointment to make it visable. The only way to on boulevard is adding a color tag, which adds to every service the client books (not helpful if they're seeing multiple service providers on the same day)

It would be nice to have a 4 day view even when there are more than 6 staff members /resources available. It's hard to schedule out multiple days without this feature.

Adding multiple services and multiple tech on the professional app.
Allowing multiple bookings, clients should be able to book multiple services and multiple technicians at the same time on the professional app. This is very common in the nail salon industry. For example, one client may get a pedicure and manicure at the same time, with one technician working on their toes and another technician working on their nails.

No Show appointments remain on calendar
No Show appointments remain on calendar just maybe turned red? This way it doesnt look like a provider had no one booked. Right now it just is taken off the calendar and negatively effects utilization of schedule .

Block resources from being booked if they are full
It shouldn't be possible to book services (online or over phone) that require a resource if they are already full for that time.

API: Amend appointment note
Our current appointment note API only adds a note, which also means it wipes any existing note and replaces it with whatever the API says.
The API could be set up to provide important desired information on a clients visit, but there might also be relevant manual notes like "running late" or "coming with a friend" that's still relevant and shouldn't get lost.Ideally, the API can support just adding to an existing note if one already exists.

define a staff's services for the day
I have staff who perform certain tasks (laser hair removal vs skin care) on certain days. In order to make the schedule work, I needed to create 2 separate profiles for each of them. You should be able to define their services for the day so that a business only needs 1 profile but clients don't inadvertently book a service on a particular day when the staff is not available.

Creating a notification to let clients know they have missed their scheduled appointment
It would be helpful to create a notification automatically sent to clients that lets them know theyve missed their appointment time. For example; if a client is scheduled at 10:30am, they get a notification at 10:35 they are late for their appointment. I feel as though it would help keep clients accountable with their appointment management if they are going to no show an appointment and would give us one more point of contact to present if they say they weren't aware of their appointment

Patient Flow Status Monitoring
We would like to monitor Patient status AFTER their initial check-in so that we can monitor clinic timing to ensure optimal patient experience and clinic flow. For example, once the patient has been "roomed" and their vitals are taken, we would like to be able to mark the patient prepped and ready to see the Provider and then when Patient is ready to check out and we are getting their reports together prior to check out so we can better manage clinic timing and patient flow timing.
