Open provider schedule for single service when needed
Desired state: NEED to open booking for telehealth ONLY on certain days. Current State: open provider schedule allows all booking to be selected.

Resource calendar able to integrate with Google Calendar
It would be nice for a Resource Schedule on BLVD to be able to integrate with a google calendar, like staff calendars can. Many marketing applications are able to use the google calendar integration for staff, but it would be critical to have the resource calendar built in the integration, as well, to prevent double books on a device.

Apply Offer Codes at time of booking
It would be nice if we could add the offer code at time of booking. Apparently this happens for online purchases with promo codes, but not in-house. In-house it can only be added at checkout which means we need to create a cheat sheet of codes so they can add to notes to remember to apply it at the appointment day, leaving a lot of room for staff mistakes.

keep the day i am currently looking at when switching tabs
I don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the fact that every time I switch tabs from calendar view to front desk view it does not keep me on the day I am currently looking at. Is there a way to opt out of it always showing "Today"?

a "link builder" section that gives you options to generate a booking link for clients
you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

allow different provider for add on services
Currently our estheticians do microneedling but need a provider to do the blood draw and prepare the PRP. Currently the front desk has to go through and manually block time for the provider. It would be helpful if the system would allow one provider for the main service and a different provider for the service add on.

Appointment text search
We often place temporary blocks while we are waiting to hear back from clients, and it would be helpful to be able to search for "BLOCK" to see all those instances.
We also do weddings, but on occasion a wedding appointment gets lost in the shuffle. So we would like to be able to search "Wedding" to see all upcoming wedding appointments.

start time restrictions set specific to event, category or staff member
Control over locking start times based on staff, category, or service.
A universal start time can be set for example all appointments are at the top of the hour. However, some of our services are not a full hour long, or others require more setup time and cannot begin at the top of the hour when sharing a resource with daily operations.
It would be great to have a way to have controls over start times that had more adaptability.

Be able to customize schedule based on virtual days/ in person days easily.
We have numerous providers at our practice, and some work from home on random days, it would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize booking based on their availability. For example; if Kady was working from home on Tuesday, client's could not book lab work with Kady on Tuesdays, but the providers who are in-office are able to be booked.

Custom online booking cutoff by service
Allow different services to have unique booking cutoff times (e.g., standard services bookable 1 hour before, but permanent makeup requiring 24 hours). This would give businesses flexibility, prevent last-minute bookings for complex services

would love to for staff to receive reminder text or emails of upcoming appts. right now we just receive the initial communication when something is booked but other systems remind you a day before and the day of

Change the clock format
I wanted to share some feedback on the appointment booking interface. The new drop-down style for selecting times is more tedious compared to the previous clock format. The old version, where you could simply click the hour and then the minutes, was much faster and more intuitive—especially when scheduling multiple clients back-to-back. Bringing back the clock format (or at least offering it as an option) would really improve efficiency and make the booking process smoother for stylists on the app.

Add availability on professional app
Add additional availability on professional app. When we see we're booked up for the day, service providers want the ability to add additional availability to accommodate more clients.
Right now, this can only be done via the desktop (Adjust shift)

Once a client has become a member, we need optics on if they have any forward appointments or not. We'd like a feature that alerts us that
We need a way to see if our members have their appointments booked out or not. This alert would be helpful for us to know to call and get them on the books if they do NOT have a forward appointment

Need a way to apply a Time Block at BEGINNING of service scheduled for NUMBING for certain services provided
We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)
Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…1 vote -
estimated totals when booking appointments
When booking an appointment and it comes up prices for each service and add on, we need to have an estimated total so we know how much it is all together instead of adding them manually

Text and email reminders for appointments!
Right now, text reminders are only available for 24 hours before or same day reminders. We have noticed the emails either get lost or go to spam, and 24 hours isn't enough time to fill openings if they cancel . If the 3 or 4 day notification could be text too it would help the business a lot. Clients read texts way more
