  1. To optimize our client experience, we should add the option of Spanish to our online booking, app, and website (descriptions of facials + services). This would be beneficial not only to Spanish speaking clients but also the overall accessibility of the company

  2. our patients check in using the Duo app. if they dont have an appointment it sayd "Dont have an appointment? Tap here". if the client taps it just says "please see a staff member" it would be nice if the patient was able to see what appointments were available and to self schedule vs waiting for staff to help. we currently dont have a front desk staff so clients are forced to hover waiting for a provider to come out to help them schedule.

  3. Hi Boulevard Team,

    I’d love to suggest a feature that would make Boulevard even more powerful for service businesses: Flexible Pricing Rules.

    Right now, I can adjust pricing by staff, add-ons, or manually at checkout, but there isn’t a built-in way to automatically apply surcharges or premium rates based on time of day or specific dates.

    Here are a few use cases:
    • After-Hours Appointments: Automatically add $X or a % increase when a service is booked outside regular business hours.
    • Holiday Surcharges: Add a fee or percentage increase for appointments booked on certain dates (e.g., December 24th, July…

  5. I want to have images next to the services added to the menu so clients are more enticed to book. Booking sites like vagaro does this and they don’t even charge as much as boulevard

  6. Some stylist are still training and not the most appropriate to place with brand new clients who have never visited the salon before...or they're inappropriate to book with until a client has been at the salon at least 2x or more

  7. We really need to know how clients would rate our individual therapists after services vs. just their overall experience. Because so many of our clients have multiple services with different therapists it is important for our clients to rate each therapist so we know if there are issues on an individual level not just overall. So while we love the "general" experience rating, we want to drill down a bit further and then say something like:
    Rate your massage with Stacey
    Rate your manicure and pedicure with Kelly
    Rate your wax with Leah
    This would be a huge help to…

  9. We are unable to provide service pricing due to the variance of providers rates. This creates a problem as BLVD isn't prompted to collect credit card information to remain on file for No-Shows/ Cancellations.

  12. when someone is scheduling online, it would be helpful to have the eligible add-ons for the service they're booking shown so they can easily schedule it along with the base service. most people aren't going to go into a separate "add-ons" column if they're wanting additional services done at the same time

When looking at Membership perks on the client end they cannot see the discounts they got on tox and fillers- currently this section does not show the option for discounts of dollar amounts on toxins and fillers (due to the way Boulevard is set up) I want the option for clients to see those discounts in the membership benefits section after purchasing, and not just under the description clients only see when purchasing

  14. Is it possible to add a plus symbol on the online prices? I've resorted to listing so many choices on my menu because I have to break everything down showing prices separately for short, mid, long hair, otherwise clients automatically assumed thats the final price. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. Thanks for taking the time.

  15. Can we add a self check in? Somehow verify that the client is near the salon before check in is allowed. Like with fast food restaurants, you are required to be near the location before the order is confirmed.

  16. A password reset from the client profile would be extremely helpful for guest who need their hand held while reseting the password.

    The merge guest could be better. I just merged 3 profiles into one and i still see all 3 when I search the guest.
