  1. Have a today button readily available at the top rather than going into the calendar on every page and platform. Even the app. Mangmint has it where the today button on the calendar is at the top of every screen.

  2. To edit settings for individual staff members you have to change them one at a time. Settings like Price, assignability and online book capabilities should be assignable in bulk. One at the time is very click heavy and time consuming.

  4. We have some employees that need more lead time for online booking than others (they live much farther away). It would be useful to be able to change the online booking lead times for just those employees and keep it at the business default for everyone else.

  7. Customization for a specific commission % on a specific product is needed. I would like the ability to set product ABC at 10% commission, but product XYZ at 15% commission for example.

  11. There should be a "view and edit" permission for other's appointments instead of just "view, edit, and create" so that staff can take appointments to checkout and modify as needed but cannot create new appointments for others.

  12. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  14. Currently, it appears that the ability to edit products, SKUs, services, and related operational settings requires granting “Manage Business” access through the gear icon. The concern is that this also appears to give the user access to areas they should not necessarily control, including permission groups and staff privilege settings.

    This creates an internal-control and security issue for businesses that need to delegate operational setup tasks without also delegating access-control authority.

    A business may reasonably need a manager or operations staff member to:

    • Create and edit products
    • Add or edit SKUs
    • Manage inventory-related product details
    • Create and edit services
    • Update…

  17. Boulevard lets any employee enable Google/iCloud calendar integration in My Settings. Even when a business restricts Boulevard access to a salon’s static IP, the calendar feed exports appointments with client full name + phone number to personal devices off-network—bypassing owner security settings.

    Why implement: This is a high-impact, low-effort improvement that reduces privacy/liability risk, supports off-the-clock boundaries, and makes Boulevard easier to sell to security-minded multi-location operators.

    Request: Add a Privilege Group toggle to disable external calendar integrations (and revoke existing feeds), or enforce redacted calendar details (first name + last initial / no phone / “Client Appointment”).

  19. I am seeing way too much standardization on the business operational backend. We are paying for this service, not the other way around, therefore we deserve to have more options for unique customizations on behalf of our practice that allows us to genuinely express how we will manage them as they move forward with us. Boulevard is NOT a unique experience and actually making it harder for our business to operate
