Remove Access to Grant location manager to modify staff settings
I recommend removing the option to grant location manager authority to modify staff settings, location etc. under manage -

When selecting employees "is working" that it only shows the employees on those days. This should vary by day and not have all employees.
When wanting to see just staff that is working for the week by selecting "is working" I do not want to see all of the staff on each day if they are not working that day but do work a day that week. This is visually challenging and not user friendly when trying to schedule patients.

Privilege toggle to disable calendar sync (prevents PII leakage + strengthens access controls)
Boulevard lets any employee enable Google/iCloud calendar integration in My Settings. Even when a business restricts Boulevard access to a salon’s static IP, the calendar feed exports appointments with client full name + phone number to personal devices off-network—bypassing owner security settings.
Why implement: This is a high-impact, low-effort improvement that reduces privacy/liability risk, supports off-the-clock boundaries, and makes Boulevard easier to sell to security-minded multi-location operators.
Request: Add a Privilege Group toggle to disable external calendar integrations (and revoke existing feeds), or enforce redacted calendar details (first name + last initial / no phone / “Client Appointment”).

Make refunds of booking fees automatic for cancellations
Automatic Refund to patients who cancel with in the window of our policy, so we don't need to manually go through each transaction and do it ourselves.

Option to have multiple emails as the Contact Email for the Location
Would like to have the option to have multiple emails in place for the location email this way, the emails in places can receive appointment cancellation emails. Allowing for additional clarity for multiple users of the business.

More granular permissions when "business manager" is toggled on.
We don't want everyone with that access to be able to edit permission groups, that should have it's own toggle.

Additional SSO Options
We would like compatibility with other identity providers (IdP) other than Okta for Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities.
The use case would be for businesses that wish to streamline employee access to respective applications and systems. For example, in addition to Boulevard I use Microsoft 365/Entra ID and rippling for authentication. It would be nice to have everything connect to this IdP or Okta.
It would also be great in having SCIM in conjunction with SSO for automation of user provisioning and offboarding would be greatly beneficial as well.

Businesses should be able to customize the note on the top of the receipt email that is sent to clients.
It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

Individual Form Sending & Client Acknowledgements
I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

Workflow inefficiencies created by Boulevard Platform
One of the biggest issues with this practice management platform is the lack of operational workflows truly aimed at improving each practice's management of their business.
We need to be able to have unique customizations directly through boulevard as we are not paying to utilize BLVD as a merchant processor but rather for our practice operational needs and medical records. Not giving us an option to create a unique experience that fits our brand is disheartening to say the least.

Client Customization
Wondering if there have been any updates on this request? Again would like to convey the importance of this as it is essential to our brand and our ongoing willingness to continue to be patient with boulevard. I am not sure if the reason boulevard cannot do this is because of the fact that it wants to control how patients are being navigated with communications through boulevard to only optimize boulevard and its search engine optimization?

Permission Group Suggestion: "schedule overview only" permission
There isn't a way to give staff schedule visibility without also providing access to client information through appointment details. Even when only "View Availability" is selected, even though the staff member can't see the clients' name on the calendar, they can click on "Schedule", "Cancellations", and "Waitlist" and gain access to client info.
We need a way to be able to limit the staff from viewing any and all client data and only see the providers' calendars have appointments scheduled.
