  3. Currently I have a few individual service providers who would like me to shorten their personal service settings to 0 minutes so that it does not take up time on their books, because those services do not take them additional time. With our current configuration, we are unable to set this as a business-wide setting, so would like to be able to adjust for individuals -- currently the only workaround seems to be adding specific, new add-on services. Trying to change any service time to 0 minutes on the individual level gives the error, "Duration can't be 0 min"

  4. Currently, staff must be assigned to locations one by one. With new location groups, it would be great to be able to select an entire group and the staff member is then active at all locations within that group.

  6. I would like to suggest editable referral codes. The auto generated codes are lengthy and not easy to post on social media. Many of my clients use social media to share their experience and the auto generated code is not easy for viewers to remember.

  7. Currently, BLVD does not support awarding different commission amounts or percentages based on the specific membership tier sold. The system allows for a single, universal commission rule to be applied across all memberships, regardless of tier.

    We want the ability to assign unique commission logic per tier (e.g., x membership= $10 bonus, y membership = $15, z membership = $20)

New location setup is manual since it comes completely blank. it would be great to be able to duplicate an existing settings, including "Location Details" selections, and active services, products, memberships, and packages. This would help save time in the setup process, especially since most of those are exactly the same across all locations.

When adding a location to an existing provider &/or when making adjustments to service customizations it would be great if the service settings could be set at the employee level instead of the location level as their assignability, pricing and timing remains the same across locations for the most part.

  15. Please bundle the client service pricing and the service charge itself so its itemized on our end but final pricing for salon to the client. we need to track per item charges without charging to the technician for commission based salons

  16. Make a way to access employee schedules outside of the spa. For HIPAA purposes, our system is IP restricted, however, staff cannot access their schedules, so they are constantly double checking on schedules by phone. Why can't there be a way to have access but not to client list or details? Then you have to recheck the IP box the morning of their shift or they get the "forbidden" message when they try to log on in the spa.

  19. Currently when I import the Boulevard Private Calendar URL to my personal iCloud calendar, the standard setting is to remove alerts and attachments. Is there a way to change that, when my calendar has the location and alerts set up it gives me 30 min notices before appointments which syncs to my Apple Watch which helps me stay on schedule and it notifies me that it is time to go from wherever I am at to go to work. that setting is like that for almost every other imported calendar

  20. We have 3 chairs for IV infusions. We need the ability for 15 minute set up time at the beginning of each appointment so 3 people will not book at the same time. There is an option for transition time at the end, but we need the option at the beginning. IF 3 people book at the same time slot 1 patient would be waiting possibly 30 minutes to start if this cannot be corrected.
