Make automated notification of email/phone number change show in message center
I foresee questions about why things changed, and us being clueless as to what profile was changed and who had the number originally. Not having any way of know what automated texts went out to who is just opening us up to look clueless in front of our customers. I already apologize for our software daily, so I am used to it, but I would love to have fewer reasons to apologize.
