Ability to Add Notes or Labels to Saved Payment Methods
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to add custom notes or labels to individual credit cards saved on a client's profile.
For example, a client may have an HSA/FSA card on file that they only want used for eligible wellness or medical treatments, while preferring a different credit card for aesthetic services. Other clients may have specific cards they want used for memberships, retail purchases, or certain treatments.
Being able to label cards (e.g., “HSA Card,” “Membership Payments,” or “Aesthetic Treatments”) or add a short note would help staff quickly identify the correct payment method, avoid charging the wrong card, and honor each client's payment preferences without having to search through their general profile notes.
