Creating Audiences
When creating an audience to target the guests of stylists no longer working in my salon, I have to make those stylists active again in Staff Profiles for their names to populate when choosing "Provider was". It is tedious and time consuming to not be able to simply select them from the list like we can for active employees.

The fact that inactive staff lose ALL history and visibility in the system has bothered me from day one. If you look at my calendar from when I first started with Boulevard it looks like we had like 2 staff members due to hiding everyone who has left. It makes it very hard to use historical views on the calendar and even some historical reports. And I have run into the same issue as you with trying to make an audience for someone who left.
I have a feeling this is structural based on decisions made at the foundation of Boulevard and will never change, but It is still super frustrating.
