Time block customization
I'd love if time blocks allowed me to create different options for the reason. The new time block report would be much more useful if I could have different presets like "sick time", "salon event", or other options that I could filter by vs just personal/business. Part of our KPIs include looking back at time off to understand sales and utilization trends which we are doing with a different software currently, but this option would make things much easier to track!

I would like this too.
As a work around: the new reporting system provides reports of time blocks in the past and future. If you can be super consistent in naming/describing them you can then filter the report by those names to get some of what you want to put in your other system.
It will not help with getting good KPIs directly from Boulevard though.
