New Reporting: Add date ranges to downloads
Add date ranges to the default names for downloaded reports. The old Summaries used to do this and it is so helpful to have that information right in the file name.
It also helps when you need to run the same report for different time periods to not end up with report.csv, report(1).csv, report(2).csv and then try to remember which is which.
