time clock
Thank you for building the time clock. Unfortunately, we cannot use it as it is missing fundamental compliance pieces.
-You need to be able to set limits on clock-in and clock-out, i.e., you cannot clock in 3 hours before the shift.
-It needs an auto clock-out if someone leaves or goes beyond the time period.
-It needs to be operated by an NFC tag OR by the iPad/APP.
-It needs to track paid breaks.
-Ideally, you have geo-fences and IP restrictions for clock-ins.
We are legally swinging in the wind here. If you cannot build this, pls intergrate with something like Connect team so that the schedules populate as long as they are not blocked.
