Prepaid services

We recommend adding the ability for clients to pre-pay for a specific treatment and have it stored as a voucher in their wallet without requiring an appointment to be scheduled at checkout.
This use case comes up frequently when:
-- A client wants to purchase a specific treatment for someone else (instead of a dollar-value gift card)
-- A parent wants to pre-pay for a child’s treatment
-- A client wants to lock in a treatment now and schedule later
Currently, the only way to support this in Boulevard is to create a package with a quantity of one and sell that package at checkout. This workaround requires duplicating each treatment as a package and maintaining it in two places. Any pricing, description, or policy updates then have to be managed separately, which increases administrative overhead and the risk of inconsistencies.
A native “pre-paid service voucher” option would eliminate the need for one-off packages, reduce operational complexity, and better match real client purchasing behavior. The voucher could reference the existing service directly, inherit its pricing and rules, and be redeemable from the client’s wallet at booking or checkout.
This would improve the client experience, reduce internal maintenance, and clarify the distinction between true multi-session packages and simple pre-paid services.

please make the "New sale" shortcut in the client profile allow for service checkout, not just packages, products and membership. If someone checks out and something was left off the invoice i don't want to go back and have to create an appointment for it on the schedule

Allow the ability to select a service when making a sale so that clients have the ability to pre-pay for a service before they book an appointment. They want to be able to see what they have purchased, not just have a credit on their account.

Creating an add to attract new clients and give them a complimentary add-on treatment without needing them to add the add-on and enter a promo code so it comes off as free at checkout.

It seems unnecessary to create a package for each service just to sell a voucher. Please enable the ability to sell a prepaid service without requiring package creation. Ideally, a service should be rung up directly, automatically generating a voucher.

All services offered need to be an option under sales tab so clients can pre-purchase if they choose to. This can then be a credit/voucher on their profile to use for future use.

This is huge given Boulevard is transitioning to a Medspa / Wellness aspect. Think of for instance all the scheduling resources get. Red light lamps, salt rooms, leg compression, recovery rooms, etc. All of these things don't have a "service provider", generally the front-desk admin simply walks the client to the resource and off they go.
It's really a pain in the ass to have to create a service provider for each resource.

Our office would like to be able to create bundle service packages with prepaid treatments that can be received at a later date. Example: package of 3 microneedling treatments that are done 4-6 weeks apart. The patient can purchase them all at once at a discounted rate but we need to be able to into the invoice and receive or finish the services for records.

We are a med spa and we run sales often. There are many times where we are offering services purchased at a discount to be used in the future. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-sell a service, to be redeemed at a future date. This was possible in Mindbody, and has been a big issue for us now. We essentially have to sell them a giftcard or an account credit in the amount of the service including tax for them to put towards the service later. Our staff cannot stand the work around and it is such a hassle for me as a manager when creating our sales. Now I try to just discount our vouchers since it's easier to draw clients in for an online purchase, but this is NOT ideal. Please, please consider this!

It would be helpful if clients could prepay for services that cost the same (ex: Botox & Dysport) with a generic service name like "Tox/Dysport" that would then allow for us to check the client out for either at the time of service. We are having to do a lot of refunds at the time of check out because the client didn't know exactly what to prepay for.
