Toggle tipping on/off per service or providers
Have an option for tips to not be an option for some services. "Tippable services" so when we are checking people out it wont ask on services that do not allow tips.

Clients that have providers that are not allowed to accept tip-would be helpful to set on the backend if there were any restrictions.
