Notification for rescheduled or changed appointments
the business would like to be emailed when an appointment is changed/ modified or rescheduled.

Also, if changing provider on a reschedule, the original provider is not currently notified.

Our providers are requesting a reschedule notification for appointments on the current day. With no notifications appointments just disappear from their books so they need to constantly stalk their schedule on a daily basis. Our services require different prep/machines so it's helpful to get a heads up if someone has moved later in the day or to another day altogether. It's also difficult to track down who the patient was who rescheduled since they just fall off the books.

We should be able to see when an appointment was rescheduled and by whom. When an appointment is scheduled we can only see the original date of booking.

when a client has an appointment and we reschedule it or change the times or stylist. the services provider does not get a notification. It will be great if any provider involve gets a notification. thank you

Providers get notifications when an appointment is made or cancelled. They would like to be notified when an appointment has been rescheduled. That way they know they now have open time in their books. The guest also gets an email that their appointment has been rescheduled, could a provider notification check box be on the same screen when rescheduling?

When appointment is moved/rescheduled between providers, original provider does not get notified.

Service providers should receive push notifications when their clients are moved or rescheduled to a different provider. Sometimes we need to move clients to different providers that day to keep the schedule even, but employees are not notified of any schedule changes. I love the ability to choose whether or not you want to notify the client, but employees should be notified of these changes every time so they are updated immediately.

Let us know if the appointment was rescheduled or not! Because when we reschedule an existing appointment there's no way to show if it was ever moved.

When an appointment is rescheduled the time that the appointment was originally booked show on the appointment, if we could have the time that was reschedule and who it was rescheduled by that would be great.
