Easier to find link to complete forms
After patients click the link in the email to complete the forms, they are having trouble finding the link in the light blue type at the top of the page to complete the forms
On the new appointment details page, we have made it easier for clients to see their pre-appointment action items, including forms.

Clients miss the fill out forms button ALL THE TIME! Please make it bigger or more noticeable in the confirmation and reminder emails! So much time is wasted when they come in and don't have their forms filled out!

We get clients that do even realize this email was sent to them- the email subject, header and preview says nothing about filling out the forms. They have to click on the email to find the forms. Clients are not filling them out as much as they should be

When clients are directed to the page to fill out their consent forms, we have found that they are not able to find the button to open them. Presently, the button is all the way at the top and is highlighted blue. Most people (myself included) tend to miss it. This has resulted in incomplete forms (including COVID forms), a wave of calls to our font of desk staff, and general confusion.
Could we potentially change the location of this from up top to either a button that's in the middle of the page and easier to find, or even a pop up that comes up when you land on the page?

When the client clicks the Complete Forms button in their email it takes them to a page with appointment details and a very light blue banner at the top to complete forms that easily goes unnoticed. Would be great to have the forms listed on the page with a button to easily access and complete.
