Actual price the client is paying today, shown on iPad on their side.
When a client leaves a deposit, and I go to check them out, it shows them the total amount of the service, and does not show that they also put down a deposit. It creates a lot of confusion at the desk because they think they are being charged full price, when they already paid a deposit.
The order total on the iPad will match what is shown on the dashboard, with a cleaner and easier to read layout.
To see these changes, please update your Duo app!

PLEASE! We've had 3 patients within the last hour question their checkout and if we are charging them correctly. At the end it should give the total ACTUALLY paid

Yes, I second this. Patients constantly ask about this because their checkout initially shows inaccurate pricing.

On the check out screens that the client sees please make it where they see the price they actually pay (amount owed after discounts) show on the first screen instead showing the full amount that does not reflect the discounts. Also on the last screen show that same amount instead of the amount before discounts. It confuses the clients and they think they are being charged the full amount and we haven't given them their discounts.

PLEASE!!!! This is such a basic feature theres no reason why clients should be agreeing to an incorrect total! And it slows down checkout time explaining to EVERY client that the amount they are agreeing to is not the actual total theyre about to pay!!

Clients should see clearly discounts applied at checkout not the FULL AMOUNT ... as a med spa we utilize Alle discounts, gift card promos, and various discounts however at checkout clients only see the full amount not reflecting any discounts or applied credits. This must be fixed.

Yes. the current duo's screen is very confused. It asked clients to agree on charges before break down of discount and before credits given. Clients always shocked because they mistakenly think they have to pay that amount, which is incorrect.

When charging clients the terminal does not reflect the discounted amount applied by either gift cards nor account credits and the client and staff see the full amount displayed on the client facing terminal. This is very confusing to both clients and staff who do not want to overcharge and also do not want clients questioning if they're being charged the proper amount.
PLEASE MAKE THIS UPDATE!!!

So many people are confused and I end up having to print a paper receipt and show them the application of payment methods. Just showing the exact breakdown on the final screen would remove so much confusion.
I am often saying "I don't know why, but our software only shows the total, trust me that it didn't overcharge you." It seems like something I shouldn't have to say...

Upon checking out the Total balance shows up and does not reflect other forms of payment already added to the total , Can the "other" payments added first reflect ahead and show the new total to be charged to the client when they are reviewing payment confirmation charge. The total is misleading for patients when agreeing to the payment charge.

When reviewing the total before gratuity, many clients ask if they can tip via the card. Is there a way to add a small note to the 'Review total' screen letting the client know that gratuity selection comes up next? This will help set expectations for the checkout process for the client and potentially prevent them from asking 'how, when, where' do they add gratuity.

I have at least one person every week that is confused about how much was charged because of the final screen on the iPad. It should really show the entire payment breakdown on the final screen! I usually end up printing a receipt so they can see the actual charge, but some people are still pretty skeptical and think we are trying to cheat them.
