  2. Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

  7. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

It would be SO much simpler if at the time of booking, either the guest or the employees can book appointment types -- so clicking New Appointment would prompt user to define whether the appointment is a request, a prebook, or a referral. Makes it easier for salon owners who track these metrics at review time as well.

  10. When editing an appointment to change a combinations of service, provider, or resource the edits often result in an error, and then having to start over.

    You can usually only edit one or two details before having to save/close, reopen, and continue editing (minimum of 5 clicks to not send email and get back to editing). It would be nice to have a guide to what combinations of edits cause the errors, or to not have errors to start with.

  12. When adjusting inventory quantities, service times, etc... The scroll wheel can adjust the amount if the cursor is over the entry box/line. This can often result in some crazy data if you aren't very careful about where the mouse is.

    I could be in the minority but I have never used the mouse to adjust these amounts, and I don't see much of a use case where it is beneficial.

    I have, however, messed up my data multiple times with this being an option. Real life scenario: clicking on a box to enter an inventory number, entering it, then scrolling…

  15. There has to be a way to lower credit card fees. That was my only hang up with starting Boulevard. I was switching from Glossgenius that had a full percent lower fee. Shopify is also at 2.6% rate. Given that you have so many accounts, I feel that there should be a way to negotiate.
