Beta reports: purchased order ID in Gift Card Redemption report
Include the order ID which the gift card was originally purchase in the Gift Card redemption report to help link back to the original sale amount

Contact business option in booking widget
We be nice to gave a basic contact form as an option in the booking widget under "Gift Cards"
i.e. Questions? Contact us or something like that under the gift cards. The form would include their basic info, any questions they have etc and it would populate and email to the supplied email address

Show SKU, UPC, Size, or price in adjust quantities tool for products
I am unable to see the UPC, price, or size when updating quantities in inventory. I have many products that come in multiple sizes. It is very hard to add inventory when I can't see the UPC, the size, or the price. I am unsure how to update my inventory without this information in the update inventory screen. (See screenshot) I have a new bottle of Shampoo 1, but I don't know which row to update.

When a client has a set price that will always be the same for a service and staff, a symbol next to their name and that service will appear.

Ability to view ratings for staff that has been deactivated.
Reporting shows data relevant to time period specified despite staff member deactivation. It would be great to be able to also view ratings of prior staff

Location restrictions applicable to Professional App
Need to restrict locations able to be viewed from the Professional App to just the location the individual is assigned to in the dashboard

Receipts should not include full name of person who operated the transaction.

Alert to tell front desk when a client hasn't received services from a category
Specifically for spas, would be great when booking or checking clients out if there was an alert to tell staff the client has never received a service from a specific category. Ex: Client only comes in for hair services, the front desk could make recommendations for facials or body services for a discounted rate to help upsell other services available

Option to turn off discounts now that offers are available.
I am seeing staff make their own discount reasons that match the offers available. As much as I train managers to teach staff this is the wrong way to do it, the workflow is too easy and they are never feeling like they are doing anything wrong when applying a discount. Also for reporting purposes having discounts match offers creates datasets that cannot be reconciled together unless manually tabulated outside of Boulevard.

Per client: "We just added blow drys as a service to our menu but we want to make it so when the client books a haircut they ask if they want to add a blow dry as an additional service."

Remove a gift card from a client's profile
Using gift cards for vouchers so the gift card has $0 on it, but there's no way to remove that from the client's profile

Report showing return clients per stylist or Refine search filter
When a stylist leaves the salon, want to send a promo to their clients, but not just to any client that's ever seen the provider. We'd like to only send it to a list of clients that saw the provider on a regular basis. This could be an additional search option on the Client page as well

Should be able to "undo confirmed" and "undo arrived" on/from calendar view.
Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists. For notification activity when not on the clock, save notifications for when clocked on or schedule resumes to come as a large batch.
This option for staff to elect, or for business to choose would further comply with HR guidelines regarding "work that occurs off the clock". Receiving notices of work activity that may or may not trigger an employee to do or think about work is cause for employees to have grounds to "be doing work from home".
Employers in regions with stipulations on this should create company policy explicitly stating that notification of client booking, cancelling, rescheduling are to be accepted during work hours only. In the case that they would like real time notice of this regardless of work-state, they…

Accounting / Reconciliation Report
Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees.
