  3. When client opens confirmation email and clicks on "manage appointment" tab, it redirects them to another page that tell client to call salon. They should be able to manage their booking easier online. NO CALLS

  13. Just as a privacy issue, it would be good to filter the commission reports by the staff member first before showing all reports. This would prevent onlookers from seeing other stylist's numbers.

  14. Make sure we are not auto-enrolling clients into the rewards system. Make it so they have to enter to accrue points. Also, put a cap on how many rewards they can accrue to make them use the rewards. This will prevent clients from stockpiling points and get a ton of free services.

  16. They should be required to make an account when purchasing a package and makes the booking process way more streamlined, It also would make it one step shorter by cutting out the process of re-adding card info when creating an account after purchasing a package separately.
