  1. Major salons often have other locations abroad: Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo, etc.

    Right now we can't tap into these salons because our software does not translate to international locations. Having this functionality would allow us to go after these big fish and expand our sales market.

When processing partial refunds for a service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity for the reason that if the gratuity was not a dollar amount and was a percentage, the gratuity now has to be calculated outside of Blvd. The total amount of the transaction at the bottom of the checkout window is also not intuitive.   7. Under the manage tab in products, I wish there was a check box next to each product where you could select products line by line and have a button to select that would create a PO from there. This is much faster than creating POs brand by brand. When I'm in the products section, I can sort by quantity and quickly get an idea of all products that need re-ordering instead of creating a PO brand by brand. If we only used a few brands this wouldn't be an issue but we have over 30 brands so creating POs is…

  8. Customers keep thinking you sign on the line that appears on the first screen and don't know that you have to tap above it to put in your phone or email. Could the line be changed to just simply a button or something?

Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

  10. Merchant earnings in commission for products/services should have the option to be removed from reporting for tax purposes as that money is not the business's money.

  16. We are very product heavy and have many suppliers. Right now, all suppliers are randomly listed when building a purchase order. Would be great to have a faster ability to search for suppliers. At minimum, have them listed alphabetically

  17. In the Detailed Staff Summary under Staff Performance, it shows the entire order. So if the order # had multiple service providers, it shows all of the breakdown.
    We need a report or a way that will show only the service performed by the specified service provider
