  1. Currently, if I want to alter someone's schedule on a specific date I have to block the day. It would be nice to be able to remove them from the schedule completely. When I try to delete a day it deletes it permantly.

  2. Currently, all services need to be assigned one by one even when the service category is toggled on. Instead of all of them being toggled off at the start, it would make things easier to have them auto-toggled on and admin can toggle off the ones that don't apply.

  5. Since refunds fail after a charge has been disputed, Blvd needs to include an error message to notify the business in some capacity that the action cannot be completed and to contact their Partner Manager.

  9. As a commission salon, having staff have the ability to book clients without blocking themselves . This becomes a problem with potential to steal company time by deleting a block top show that they are "in salon" when they are actually not. Also, salon poilcy runs that staff needs management approval before leaving early or coming in late.

  10. Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.

  11. Individual merchants do not have the option to view their transfers or pending balances, disputes, or edit their bank information. They can only deactivate. However, account Admins have all the access to their account to do so. It would be helpful for individual merchants to be able to update their own banking info and see transfers.

  12. Need a very specific report that they can look at daily to check all of the apply special codes/promo codes that were used. Right now they can easily open this type of report within Booker to see a breakdown of each code, how many times it was use and the dollar amount that was discounted. When they click on each individual special it will open to a breakdown of all the clients that used that specific promo. If they wanted to dig further they could then look at the specific client and it would open up their invoice.

  15. i.e. if a service provider is unavailable due to a vacation/day off (in the future), when creating the schedule for them, show alert for day that they are unavailable and to give option override or not. Create "Vacation alert"

  20. When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.
