  3. When searching to add a product in sales screen (IE: I type Moisture) it will bring up everything with the word moisture. But nowhere on the list tells me what brand the product is from. This would be very helpful when choosing the right product. (Yes I know, UPC code would be the most efficient way). But dont always have a barcode reader reeady.

  4. It would be great to allow an employee to clock in to a specific shift if they are hired to complete different jobs in the salon. For instance we have stylists that start with our company as an Assistant, Front Desk or Stylist and each job may have a different pay scale. This would allow a more accurate payroll report to pay employees by.

  12. Many customers opt to tip via Venmo, and the business would like to be able to capture this in reporting, but also outside of the system so they do not incur cc fees

  15. We have a great community that's been a huge support to us and some have offered donations to help us make it through these hard times.

    We'd like to set up a Donate button/action that we could add to the front page of our website, email blasts, social media profiles etc.. similar to how we have added the booking widget

  16. Client would like to see a place within Caller ID of any calls that she missed (so she knows who to call back if they call after-hours or she is busy with a client).

  18. Would be fantastic to be able to hold pending transactions until data services are restored. Of course much functionality would be lost when offline, but being able to do payments and scheduling as basic needs while disconnected means the difference between a smooth operation and one where staff are all panicked about the cloud being gone.

  19. Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.
