  3. It would be so helpful to have a column on the cancellation list that shows if they currently have another appointment so that we don't have to go searching their profiles. It would reduce the wasted time of searching through this. Thanks!

  4. We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

  8. We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

  10. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

    1. Is this booking for you?
    2. If yes > normal booking flow
    3. If no > is this booking for a minor?

  14. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.
